This place has a rash of car break-ins, the amenties that I signed my lease stated that I would be in a gated complex. That has never happened and due to that there is a car that is being stolen or broken into EVERYDAY. Wilhout properties does not return emails or calls but they want the rent when it is due! Please do not move here at ALL! There is one full time staff in the office, and she is doing the best she can. WE NEED SECURITY (WE HAD IT WHEN IT WAS NRP GROUP) AND THE GATES NEED TO BE FIXED!

I've been living here since 2019 as a single father An half of these reviews are coming from tenants who's kids got them put out an they want to put it on the apartments, I haven't had no problems since I've lived here An next yr will be 6yrs for me my children catch the school bus in front by the office everyday in the morning with no problems at all. I love it out here nice quite an everything is 5 to 10 minutes away perfect location for parents who work an can't pick up or drop their children off for school because does that for you

Do not move here! Since I’ve been here it’s been nothing but problems, Maintenance and office management is horrible. I have called corporate the higher people and all, I’m at the point I don’t know what else to do. Staircase is filthy absolutely disgusting, been begging to be pressure washed, Mold have been growing in my apartment for 6 months since the neighbor shot a gun causing everyone apartment to flood. I Have told Adrienne about the headaches I have been having, still nothing. The pipes are loud and rattling ANYTIME my neighbor uses her water rather its her washing machine, toilet, tub, shower or kitchen sink the pipes are loud, and now it’s causing me to be sleep deprived, and very depressed, if my neighbor uses her water at 2 am it always wake me up, that’s how loud the pipes are, Yesterday Adrienne called me saying plumbers didn’t find a problem when I literally been at home waiting for them, I explained I was home no one has came she stated let me “see something” hold on and actually hung up in my face and never called back, knowing it was Friday, and they are closed on weekends very unprofessional! I have been dealing with loud pipes for a whole year I’ve lived here. The manager also told me she ordered weather strip for my front door since whoever came out to fix the door, took the whole bottom of the door off, so it’s a open space which I’ve asked numerous of time for one considering the Weather is changing and creatures are trying to stay warm, all I keep getting is lies and excuses from Adrienne. DO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS DANGEROUS.catalytic converters stolen, held at gun point, homeless poeple sleeping at your door step. Run for your life, do not come here. See multiple police reports on area for proof.went into the office after it closed itself for a couple of days. I will be quick, they give nothing but excuses, and they really do not care if you die.

I Currently live here in the apartments it's been 5years and the first year or 2 it's been okay but now it's been helllllllllllllllllllll nothing is getting fixed its been 3 months since i asked them to fix my kitchen light 5 months to fix my ac i just want to move so bad you just don't understand don't move here unless you're ready for hell

It’s time to go. From the car stealing, hun shots, to guns being pulled on little children trying to play outside. These apts are going downhill

First of all the office personnel is very unprofessional. Apartments complex is really trash. The amount of money you pay at this apartment you can move anywhere. I would not recommend this apartments

I applied prior to and after the management change and can say I am highly disappointed. Not only did I have to pay twice to apply between both managements, due to the first application being processed incorrectly, I waited for over a month to be denied again and have my $100 blank money order mysteriously disappear from within the leasing office. I have been in contact over the phone and gone in person almost every day for the last week and the staff inside the leasing office could seem to care less. The manager Adrienne told me she would personally call me back in regards to this matter but has been avoiding all calls since, as if I'm going to just forget about $100 of mine that they incoherently lost. I now have to pay $20 for another money order to send a request form out to the Money Service company used, just to get my money back in 60 days. I do not recommend giving this property any money orders without paying attention to where they are stored when handing it off. And instead of ever calling me back like the corporate manager said she would while I was standing in the office in front of the manager, she instead decides to reply to my review on Google. This property is a waste of space and unprofessional.

Do not move here suppose to be low income but it's priced high as hell for how run down and beat up these apartments are. The pool is green and no one can swim. Guaranteed to get your place of rest broken into or some type of drama is going to happen. Not worth living. Not worth visiting.

Don’t recommend never answer the phone applied for an apartment had to blow the phone up month later still no answer office lady adrianna misplaced my check stubs and steady gave me the run around don’t waist your time and money
