Costco Gas Station reviews
10This Costco gas station is awesome. It’s 3 pumps deep and hardly ever bottle necks. Relatively cheap rates too.
My Costco App was not working. DiAngelo was so helpful. Thank you for the great customer service!
Nothing to complaint about. Sometimes I need an assistant and they're so kind doing it. Some places do it just as a job but here, they're so pleasant and you don't feel bad being a handicap.
Lazy employees who wanted to leave early locked pumps 20 minutes before they even were closed. The 6 cent difference isn’t worth the inconvenience.
What is there to mention about a gas station besides that the are many pumps, no issues in getting gas and it's clean and secure. Pro tip: the pumps have long hoses that can reach to the other side of the car.
Price is right! Plenty of pumps, easy access in and out and to the highway. And Best Of All there Is the Costco.
The only place i go. After having issues getting my credit card skimmed twice since moving to Austin at other places.i only go to.costco for gas now. Its always a fair price and my only stop.
Good prices - gotta be a member though. And rarely crowded. Employees always wear masks, as far as I could tell. I buy gas here as often as possible, I don't want them to stop selling it because of the pandemic.
Very nice place. Dissatisfied that they don't carry mid grade. Place is clean and well taken care of.
Went to get gas after our Costco run. The gas lines on one side are all full and on the opposing side all empty, so we circle around to get gas on the opposing side. I was about to start the pump when the cashier told us we couldn’t get gas because all the lanes are one way and we were facing the wrong way.
This one way only concept is great in theory if 50% of cars had their gas cap on the driver side and 50% on the passenger side. However, the vast majority of cars have their cap on the driver side. This leads to all the pumps being full on one side and empty on the other. I for one will not wait in line when there’s 10 empty pumps.
