1 Extremely disappointed. I love Costco, not this pharmacy. First time attempting to get prescription. Staff received the order of the Rx. They said they were not going to fill it and would do it tomorrow because it was my first time with OVER AN HOUR before close. Staff were doing absolutely NOTHING but chatting. No other customers waiting for scripts. They told me that, and continued to stand around. No looking at the computer. No filling medications. I could not believe the service.
Blonde haired pharmacist/staff gave this service. Polite technician that checked with them on getting it filled. And a taller younger/middle aged gentlemen with short hair -if this helps identify the person standing beside the blonde listening to the service/lack of.
It is sad that doing your job gets excellent 5-star reviews. Hence why they got one, should have been none.
