Costco Pharmacy, Cedar Park TX

It's truly a marvel how they deliver small town service in a gigantic warehouse, but they do, day in and day out. Every one on staff is out to give you the best service and at the best price. Shout-out to Michael for remembering us by name.

Great great experience in Cedar Park Costco pharmacy. I’m so grateful to pharmacist Jason! He is very patient, enthusiastic, and responsible. I went to the Costco pharmacy to get the RSV vaccine after 5 pm. Originally, Costco pharmacies policy that the vaccine was not taken after 5 pm, but Mr. Jason still prepared the vaccine form for me. Later, Because the issue with my insurance coverage! They needed pre-authorization from my insurance company. Mr Jason told me to help me handle the matter the next morning and then called me. As expected, the next morning, he helped me solve the matter and got pre-authorization from my insurance company. He helped me to solve these problems. I'm really, really grateful to him! He is a very very responsible and efficient pharmacist.

Costco pharmacy is the best. The prices are low the service is friendly. A few years ago I was very ill and my medication was going to cost $550 a month. Somehow miraculously they got it to me for $50 a month. I have never received that level of care from any other pharmacy. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait times but that's just how it is when they are trying to serve the masses. If you don't want to wait, go somewhere else.

Our prescriptions are always a week or so late. Or if they are ready we are not
Informed. They are supposed to inform you and didn’t. Then we call and can’t get anyone to let us know the status.

Pretty long wait for a flu shot. 30 minutes even though we had it scheduled. Only 3 seats to wait so if someone else is waiting you have to stand. Will avoid it if possible.
