Costco Tire Center, Houston TX

I received great customer service during the purchase and installation of my new tires! Please consider making an appointment because it does get very busy.

Do yourself a favor and buy your tires elsewhere. Any money you save is not worth the poor service you receive.

SMH. On a Sunday, they only had 1 bay open! Who runs this Costco? Obviously absolutely terrible management and poor business execution.

Booked in for a tire rotation. An hour later they call to say they can't rotate the tires for safety reasons. Quoted an outrageous price for 2 small tires. Checked tires they were both above tread indicator. Took another half hour to get the keys back and$20 refunded for the rotation whilst Im there with a cart full of perishibles. How about being upfront before wasting people's time? A disgrace to the Costco brand. Won't be back.

Auto center that has NO TOOLS to replace a battery.kinda shocking.

Super slow and personal working doesnt seem to be helpful or wanna be helpful.

Very efficient staff and always ready to help. Especially Arturo understood my problem and went extra mile to check tires and get it fixed even if they had stopped taking cars. Kudos to the team there.

Get there when they open on a weekend and you'll be out in under an hour. Saved over $100 vs Discount on a set of 4 tires.

I'm not expecting this poor service offered by Costco tire service to its members. It's a nightmare. Long lines with only 1 staff attending to all the customers. Tried calling other times for appointment, no one is answering the phone.

Stood there for more than 15 minutes on the heat, four person saw me standing there but nobody bothered to come and ask, "how can i help you? ".
