Last week at the opticians I got rattled when I left. Dropped my glasses case and fumbled to get my purse. I caught the optician and tech laughing at me. Very disrespectful. The optician was 10 minutes late but then rushed me out of her office before she fully answered my questions.
COSTCO optical department tech was very nice efficient and respectful.

Usually not a very long wait. Pretty quick this tome. Only 3 in front of me. Called my number in about 5 minutes.
