Costco Wholesale reviews
25HUGE selection of just about everything. Where else can you get Donuts, A trampoline, TV, and car part under one roof. Amazing!
This review is strictly for the tire center and its manager Branden. I called before 10 am, once at 10 am and at least 3 times after but no one answered the phone. I finally called the administrative department and spoke to Louie who I told I wanted a 10: 45 am appointment. Louie said he would give my number to the Tire Department so they would call me to confirm an appointmen. I never got a call and went to Costco to for my "appointment. " At the tire desk, Manager Branden said he did not call because and quote "Don't you see we are busy! " He was that RUDE! Plus when we said Louie told us someone would call us, Branden said "Louie does not work here! (I assume in the Tire Department). Then I spoke with the Store Manager Jonathan and he said the Tire Department was slammed and could not take my car in because all appointments were NOW FULL! I bought all 4 Run Flat Tires at Costco where you get complimentary tire plugs when a tire is leaking. When this Tire Center did not respond to calls for appointments and I was not able to secure an appointment because the Manager did not call me back; Manager Jonathan suggested I go to Discount Tire! Omg I love Costco for their customer service but today there sadly was none.
Terrible experience, I will not buy from Costco again. Bad service. I’m regret to apply membership card.
They are rude from manager to employee.
100% the truth.
Regret to apply membership
Smallish mid-town Costco. Same excellent goods & services, just less product selection and parking availability.
Eh, the "Only Visa" thing makes it not really worth being a member unless you happen to use Visa.
Its Costco, so they have like EVERYTHING in bulk, which makes them AWESOME! But don't come on the weekends unless your okay not being able to move your cart around, cuz it gets packed AF. They do have a gas station, although just like getting into the store, you do have to get a Costco Card membership. But it's worth it! They sell all kinds of food, Fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, fish, wine, breads and pastrys, snacks, frozen foods and also lots of Gluten Free foods! But they also sell also tech, and Holiday stuff around that time of the year.
Costco is great. You don't find everything you need, but for those things you do find it's just right.
This location was super packed. I guess because it's weekend before Thanksgiving.
Great place to buy in bulk. Also gas price is the cheapest around. I went to pick up one thing and walked out with Christmas presents. Checked!
The store was clean and organized. The staff were polite and happy. I was able to return some clothing my uncle bought for my son. I had a receipt; they gave me store credit and I was able to shop for more items than I exchanged.
Plus, the samples are always great! The check out lines weren't very long at 4 pm.
Overall, great!
There is no comparison to Sans club. Customer service is superb and they have so many organic foods now I shop here once a week.
Loyal Costco customer very disappointed on how the person in charge of the cashiers treated someone shopping there today. There was a lady trying to purchase simple things some medicine and food not trying to get anything crazy. She did not have a membership card there was also a very obvious language barrier that the costco employee was picking at. Several customers stepped up offered to let her use their membership card me being the first one and the person in charge said "really do you really know her is she your friend? " While rolling her eyes in a obvious get out of here look on her face. That was on 11/14/2018 closer to closing. On a separate date I was going to park found someone pulling out their parking spot I wait they after I pull in before I can put my car in park a parking lot attendant banged on my driver side window with his fist yelling "That parking spot was for someone else". Sorry? Did not know parking spots were being reserved now. There is a handful of nice people who work at this location, but the majority of the other are miserable people.
Costco literally it's my saving Grace. Workout it in my life I would probably not be capable of living how I do (large) and still be capable of providing for the people close to me.
You know Costco. Big and over whelming but we love it. Costco makes you buy stuff you probably didn't need!
There was a cashier named Jason who was completely rude! I get the store gets packed but it was not necessary for him to be rude for no reason.
Love Costco. Only downside is sometimes it's a pain to get a parking spot, but I'll deal with it to get their stuff
I like the prices on paper goods and toiletries. It is a great place for stocking my college kids' refrigerator. Wish they had mens pants in the 30" length. Always busy with long checkouts and sometimes hard to find surface parking. I suggest going as soon as it opens.
This place was ridiculously packed, but staff members made the lines go by very fast. Definitely not a place to go grocery shopping, maybe just every other week to get nonessentials.
Awesome stop for bulk items and great deals. I love this Costco! The team there are awesome, too. They certainly stand out in comparison to the other Costco’s in the Houston and surrounding areas. Their return team is awesome, Adam is really quick and knowledgeable. He’s good at what he does.
Where else can I go to get my tires changed, grab a gelato and get a new button down (after spilling said gelato on my shirt) ? This location, like many others, is packed on weekends, but a little less so on weekdays. Features all the amenities of other Costcos like fuel station and tire station, and carries a good variety of South Asian and East Asian foods.
This is a really great warehouse for buying goods in bulk. Costco sells good quality product at a great price. The only downside is that you end up buying a lot of things because there are so many good finds.
