I love the store, customer service are fast and efficient when you do returns.

Update after COVID:
I love shopping here, always find interesting things and customer service is always above and beyond. Special shout out to Kevin for making my pint size feel special. He takes his time to always draw a flower on receipts. He didn’t have to do that but he always brings a smile to the little ones. I appreciate the extra time and effort.

That do thier best to keep it stocked and clean and friendly, what more can you ask from a warehouse store.

Definitely need to come back here and stock up an anything and everything you could want. From Meat to clothes and electronics this place has it all.

I mean it’s COSTCO! Nothing bad to say here. I will say the lines are king but moves a lot better than Sams club

Great service. The staff are terrific, very helpful and personable. Clean, great selection, and great deals! Flowers are fresh and last a long time. Tire department is wonderful and they give excellent service.

We've often had good experiences with their staff. We forgot to bring in a mask and one of the persons in returns gave us one from their drawer.

They have some vegan options and appear to be stocking more, so we will likely visit more often as these offerings expand.

Minus an occasional freedom loving, maskless customer (during COVID), they offer great quality product for reasonable prices.

My Bridgestone tires have been nothing but trouble over the last few hundred miles. They are only 1/4 of the warranty used up. Two out of four were defective and Costco came up with reasons to not cover tires that are coming apart and separating. I have bought tires from Costco before but now I am done. It was obvious they would use everything from non Costco rotation to over inflation or just no desire to uphold the warranty. So no more tires from Costco. It is to bad because Bridgestone should cover this. It is just a shame they could not give me any credit for the remaining tires that are a deadly risk to drive on.

Always find something good here. Delicious snacks and decent priced food.

Decided to try Costco Tire service, purchased and paid a week ago. Rep recommended that I make an appointment so it would be less than an hour. So I followed recommendation and 2 hours later I'm still waiting for tires. I think their process of appointment scheduling is honestly just a placebo.

It was so crowded that it was hard to get through the aisle. Things have been moved making some stuff hard to find.

The Costco on Research blvd Austin is the best, the employees are really patient and friendly:)

We visited this Costco because it was near where we were shopping and we hadn't visited it before. This location was very busy when we visited, but the store staff was as friendly and professional as other locations. If we are shopping near this location again we would consider visiting it.

This Costco is like most but they have a loading station for large items that is very helpful and they always have some one help you load things when needed. Gas station is always packed and the store is always busy. They used to carry A lot of Vegan options when I first started going there like cheese and yogurts but like most things I suppose it was seasonal and hope they bring it back and make it a norm like most items.

Costco employees have always been so nice and helpful, and that was made more apparent now that I'm recovering from foot surgery. I'm still in the "no weight bearing" stage, so I needed an electric cart, and they were very accommodating. Employees would ask if I'd like help with a heavy item (or anything that was too tall), which I greatly appreciated! The store is always so clean and service is fast! The cashier and I also had a nice conversation. Very satisfied with my experience!:)
