The checker was mean, some times people take there job to far as if it's their business when they are merely workers there to assist customers.

Okay.a bit of a Grinchy vibe here. Costco was fabulous, as always.except, they did not make any fruitcakes this year. Period. None. Now, if you hate fruitcake.click off. However, if you, like many of us think Costco's amazing fruutcake is the BEST fruitcake EVER.brace yourself. Not this year and no mention of next year. So! If you, like me squirreled away some from last year, ration what you have.and bury it at the very bottom of the freeze under the broccoli. Costco. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?

Go there to shop and find new things I like. Every time I finish paying, i swear that food court is just staring at me begging me to go. So I do for the pizza slice and the berry sundae every time.

Great for French/Swiss cheese! They have a good choice of products and specially for cheese and wine: good cheese is expensive especially when imported so do not hesitate and offer your family or friends this delicious Brie from Isigny (unfortunately Costco doesn't have the Isigny butter) and The Swiss gruyere (see pictures). The first one is around 8 dollars the piece, but it is one pound and it is an authentic/ controlled origin. You can eat it with a toasted bread and a good glass of Champagne blanc de blanc or a glass of Chablis for example. The Gruyere is also one pound, but for 11 dollars. It might sound expensive for you, but believe me it is not in the USA for such a quality of cheese: you can cut it two halves and grind one: it will be perfect for a broiled onion soup or on a gratin. The other piece will be fabulous on your cheese tray, served and eaten with crispy slices of French bread. Taste it with a Bourgogne aligoté, an Arbois, an Alsacian Riesling or an Alsacian Pinot blanc. Enjoy!

Shopped one hour before closing and place was busy. They added enough cashiers to make checkout quick

However, good luck with the tire center. Clearly understaffed, does not answer phone, wait in person very long

It's a Costco like all the rest. Very clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the shelves are stacked too high and the lighting is a little dim if good lighting is important to you.

It's the worst place ever I have I really bad experience whit my sister we trying to buy some stuff for my mom she have two cars and they don't let her buy the stuff she have in the second car they told her that she was sharing her card wen she was buying all what service they have embarrassed their customers the manager and the cashier have the worst customer service I will never come back to Costco

A store this big absolutely shouldn't have a selection this small. Regular grocery stores have more selection than here. This makes zero sense.

Actually rating the gas station. Evidently people have forgotten which side of their car their has filler is on, hint look at the gas gauge there's a little arrow pointing toward it. Waited 5 minutes while 2 different people in front could not figure out how to fill their cars. Finally Costco attendant showed them. Never experienced this at several hundred Costco's I've visited.

Now a days many options remain out of stock as simple as salt or yogurt etc.it’s strange for this to happen at Costco don’t know it’s location specific issue or supply chain issue now a days

Nice, but the main thing I hate is when you buy something you like, it's not there next time you go.watch prices as well not everything is a bargain. Happy Holidays!

Good quality at a good price. I don't know anyone who hasn't come here or at least knows the place, but if you happen to know anyone, I'd recommend this place to them. Good. Their customer service is great too and the dynamic between employees is admirable. Not every store has such a friendly environment. Great people, great stuff.

My first time shopping here. Very neat & clean. Organized. Great customer service. Will be visiting this store again the near future.

Staff is amazing and the products are interesting. But the people of spring and Houston are rude when the store is crowded.

Cost more to be a member here, they don't accept Mastercard most everything we saw cost more than at Sam's club. Regular membership at Costco is$60.00 to upgrade to next level is another$60.00, a total of$120.00. Basic membership at Sam's club is $50.00 to get the Sam's Plus card it costs $100.00 a year. I'll stay with Sam's club

I previously reviewed this location and some then they have improved their meats selections. Very broad range available including whole duck and higher end beef

Costco is always a pleasure. I can't say enough about this place and bulk shopping here. I wish they had more boxes and I notice a decrease in staff's willingness to help box up food in carts even when 2 people are at the register. The checkout staff are starting to box up food sloppy or not at all even when boxes are present which burdens the customer and just throw things in the cart. I wish the floor manager would rectify this problem, after all, we as shoppers invest into their paychecks by shopping there.

Very good store. Has everything you could ask from a major store.
The complaint I have is the attitude from some of employees. For example cashiers and their backup will tell you to place your items on the belt while they stand there and watch you. They are going to have the who cart on their side of the counter so I can't see why they can't just do their job.

Always a place to go. Food fresh and clean. Lots of wines, sweets and clothes etc. They got it all. Come visit this is not Walmart this is your five star shopping!

We haven't been to this Costco in so long. We still had a great shopping experience and a usual, they were fully stocked.
