Costco Wholesale, San Antonio TX

This is my hang out place. I lived near this Costco. I can reach just by walk. Usually it’s crowded during the weekends and in the evenings. So I choose to hang out during working days. Very friendly staffs and had no problem even returning any products.

Remember when stores used to sell CDs? Did Costco ever have a CD section. I bet they did have a CD section but it was probably filled with every release of “NOW That’s What I Call Music”. Remember those? Heh. What were we thinking?

Its a little costly, but today it seems everywhere is. No big deals. Another high end store. I am sorry to say most of the customers were rude & pushy. Not my kinda place.

Make a fuel stop right of I10. Clean, efficient, accessible. The Costco crowd always well mannered while waiting for fuel ️

Outstanding, friendly, personal service as well as great prices. I'll brave the Costco parking lot everytime to know I can count on this pharmacy.

Costco has just about anything a person would want. The store is clean. The employees are helpful and the prices are excellent. Great shopping experience.

They have good quality food. If you are having a get together you will the best appetizers and finger foods for your guests. There are many healthy options too for snacks for you or the kids.

Ok, started here because of variety of food! All the store in San Antonio are good but Costco offered new foods to try, decent prices. DO NOT BE FOOLED, do your math and.are sure it will save you money. We thought long and hard, we didn't sign up first trip. We don't need big bulk anymore so why go? For us we wanted variety. Please do the math figure out what u want and if it will help or save you in the long run?
Just a friendly voice of reason, most places can do or match you just need to know the why in my opinion.
I could sell a thirsty man dirt but I choose to sell him the water encased in the dirt if he does his homework to find it.

Went on Mon evening and it was not crowded. Was ready to check out about 7pm and walked right up to the check out with no line.

Pretty lackluster location relative to other Costco stores, but probably in line with the area. This location is always crazy busy, can’t find the right time to go.

I came in to purchase an Executive Membership. There was a huge line, so I waited over 30 minutes just to get to a person. Once I got there, I was told about what a great deal the credit card was. I agreed to apply, in conjunction with my membership. The person entered my name incorrectly and caused an issue on the application. After standing there another 30 minutes, I decided to leave. Then I received a call asking me to come back to the store because the card was approved. Okay, I drive back. But then the store cannot find the card information. End up waiting another hour or so and then the worker said I should go shop while he tries to figure out the situation. I get all my groceries ready and go back to try and get my cards and they still have not resolved it. I have to call in to attempt to resolve the situation myself. Again. (Ok, now we are at around 3 hours since I first came in) on the phone call, I am transferred from team to team. The store manager comes over, but is not able to resolve. This was a disaster. The reason I was considering Costco was to save time and instead I used up my whole Saturday afternoon being on hold and standing in line at the same time.

So glad that after all these years I finally got a membership here! Wow this place is awesome, a real mecca to convenience and availability! Staff is super friendly and I am happy to report the pizza hype is for a good reason! Wow!

Extremely packed! We went to this place on a Saturday afternoon, and it was so busy, we didn't really stay very long. Some people wore masks, and others didn't. Go early if you don't like crowds.

Costco is a members only bulk wharehouse shopping center that offers groceries, furniture, appliances, tires, prescriptions, hearing aids and eyeglasses. Today, I took my kids and their eyeglass prescriptions there to get glasses. Walking in, it was very busy with lines snaking around the store to buy groceries. But as we approached the eyeglasses area I was relieved to see only a few people waiting. Now, they were still busy, with people seated and placing orders. However, after waiting close to 45 minutes not one person had yet left. On top of that, there was a ticket dispenser way off to the side of the whole area where I was supposed to get a ticket. That didn't matter because only two other people were waiting and they were both there before me. One was called to pick up their glasses. Still, I thought to myself it was odd, if not rude that not one person working there greeted us, or told us to take a ticket. After picking up the ticket anyway, my kids were looking at the selections on the wall. They really don't have much. In fact the mens' selection was so small and strange my teenaged son didn't see anything he remotely liked. My daughter did find something she liked. So we waited.and waited. Still no worker had even acknowledged us. I gave up, told my daughter we'd probably find something better somewhere else anyway, and we left, the one person in front of me was still waiting. To be honest, this Costco is the one nearest to me at the moment, but I've always felt the employees were borderline rude, like they hated working there or that they weren't being treated fairly or paid well. In fact, Costco does pay well and has reasonable hours for employees in a retail store. Luckily they are building another one closer to me, so come late September I'll never have to go to THIS store again.

Ok, I am reviewing this because I am thinking, what can I review and I just came here today!

The Costco is very very clean and the food is affordable and quiete fast! If you are wondering, "when will I EVER go to Costco for food? " Welp if you have a birthday party and you need food average pizza price for other companies of pizza would average around 20$ per pie of pizza, but Costco pizza is 12$ and is giant, freshly made and SERIOUSLY NOT BAD! If you have 50 people at a party, and wanted 3 slices per kid, there is 12 slices in each pizza. 50/4 would be around 13 pizzas which is 13*13, so 169$. That is amazing! And is a easy and simple way to feed your kids and a party!

Costco is also clean and has great prices! I needed to get a monitor, but monitors EVERY monitor is around 120$ but they only have 60hz, and 1080p, with 5 milisecond delays, but this 169$ monitor has 144hz, and 1ms delay, with amd free sync!

Very good store!
