It's a standard Costco, which is always high quality. It gets packed here, yet there's plenty of parking.

Very bad experience. The individual in the self check out section is chatting when he should be helping people doing checkout.
Went to get has and the line was almost to the street to get to the pumps. The line moved very quickly. I was very impressed
Worse cosco! Bad costumer service form the employees at the front. No one helped me or anything. Waited for help for over 20 minutes. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Lifesavers. Finished my Costco run and made it to my car only to realize my key was gone. They let me keep the basket by the door while I searched the store and one of the staff members had found my key. So grateful!
And of course Costco always has fabulous products!
Costco is so cool like there are just these ppl getting up and out of their holes to mill about this warehouse and get the things they need honestly a 10/10 experience
Shopping in Costco, Sam’s club and other stores in Plano as a African American has become a constant form of stress, anxiety and disbelief. Your current staff needs diversity training and your staff is not representative of the customer’s in the store. Teach your employees to treat all customers the same and with respect it is getting extremely tiresome just to deal with biases. No longer shopping in the Plano stores as their aggressive behavior is not ok.

Costco has quality buys but not good value for the price. Checkout was rude and not friendly at all. Very disappointing.
This Costco has always treated me well with respect and I can see that the employees are hard workers always willing to help me. I appreciate this and it is worth the time to let others know.
Costco is my favorite! So much better than Sams. Plus their gas is amazing! I’m so glad I switched!
