Costco Wholesale reviews
17 Only one location for the whole city. Scarce products. Long lines to return items, longest lines to get out of the building to get your cart get checked, after the long line to pay at the cashier!
Gas station lines are even longer!
Been a member for over 3 years. Very happy with prices and variety of products. Kirkland (Costco) brand is good quality. Get my gas as soon as I get out of work, so its a BIG plus they open gas pumps at 600am during the week. Never have many people at that hour.
The food and some stuff are good but unfortunately the personal and the management in this place its bad
Last time I pay for a membership for this kind of service
7/25/21 CUSTOMERS BEWARE! They do not care about your health!
First, It took me 35 minutes to get to an associate at service desk.
Then went to shop and could not find some things that they had moved again. At the end, I was looking for something in the vitamin area, near registers and was told to leave because it was 6, while my husband was waiting in a long line. Associates without masks, did not let me read contents of what I was buying, stood right next to me and refused to stay 6 feet away, after I asked them several times. I just needed a minute to read.
I was not comfortable and Esteban Guerrero, employee thought it was funny. He called employee, Sandra Gomez who was rude as well. I asked for manager and Carlos came.claiming to be the manager. He said that they did not have to wear a mask. I never asked them to wear one but I did ask them to stay 6 feet away and they refused. This is completely unacceptable!
I asked Carlos for the number for the district manager and he said he did not have it!
I have been a customer here since they opened and I think it may be time to move on.
This lack of respect for customers who may have health issues, may be elderly, or are simply afraid to catch covid and need to be careful is absolutely wrong and alarming!
Employees represent the store and what I saw with these individuals does not fare well for Costco. I would love to hear from the District Manager.
It's always a great experience going to Costco. I went in got what I needed and a little more of course and didn't have to wait in line for more than five minutes. The warehouse is always organized and clean!
Terrible customer service at this branch! The supervisor of membership services (don't remember the name but was a lady with blonde hair) is very impolite. I traveled for very long distance based on approval received from COSTCO customer service online while got RUDELY rejected at this branch. The request was very simple membership services (supervisor) said they will not help me even though the online COSTCO approved this is doable and I traveled 2 hours from very far to this branch to receive service.
Found almost everything I wanted. They’re running out of slot of stuff cuz of the Memorial Day weekend. Of course I bought more than what I need, but that’s because there’s so many nice things to choose from.
Even though it's the only one in town, it is still a good shopping experience. Tidy and well organized. Good prices and selection. Even when there are long lines at the registers, they are quick.
Great place but gets packed quick. Go early to avoid the chaos. Masks are not required. It is anarchy inside. People do not respect social distancing. I spent more time avoiding people not wearing masks than shopping. If you get there a 1/2 hour after they open expect large crowds.
Great store. Food court full but food great! Went to check sunglasses had some senior too slow had 3 cost so I left waste of time!
Loved delivering there when I was in trucking.
Love shopping there.
Everyone you encounter there is friendly and helpful.
Customer service was a very rude blonde lady with light colored eyes, who did not help me at all. I drove all the way from Mexico for something they had promised me earlier on the phone. But she said no, go talk to whoever has promised you. And she did not help me at all.
My problem was I wanted to use my membership to buy online from Costco.com, but did not have a membership ID. I had purchased my Costco membership in Mexico, and their customer service had told me to go and just get a membership ID for online shopping from this branch of Costco in El Paso.
Renewal memberships for 2021 are still at $60.00 for (1) year which is a. New Spring & Summer items in store now + Seniors hours are from 9: 00 a.m. - 10: 00 a.m.
Horrible service the people who work there don’t care the last time I went there I saw a roach in the restroom HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT GO THE STAFF ARE CARELESS the last time I went there yesterday I asked a lady how much shoes cost and she ignored me
Always extremely busy with minimal cashier staff, so allow extra time than expected. It’s really nice that they are starting to provide individual samples again so that you can try the products that are on sale that week!
The store was fairly crowded many people still were not wearing a mask and I'm not convinced that everybody has already been vaccinated prices really were not as good as expected
You knew, I'm starting to really dislike Costco. I switched from Sam's to Costco not long ago and, it's becoming the same thing. I can't walk in there looking for dog food only and come out buying 5 hundred bucks worth of stuff! Some really cool stuff though, you know, the kind that people will later ask you hey where did you get that, and of course I'll be like uhhh, ummm, I don't remember.you know because if everyone goes out and buys the same stuff as you, suddenly you're not that cool and your stuff loses its cache.
