Costco Wholesale, Webster TX

Customer Service is non-existent at this location. I bought a couple of items and used self check out and they stop me at the door and count my items one by one. One of their cashiers is the one who checked me out at the self check out (assuming because it was holiday peak hours or just busy). If any errors occurred it was their failings, not mine. I got 8 items and when they checked at the door it was only 6 items on the receipt. As I mentioned, if an associate is scanning my stuff, I would think they should not be making these mistakes. I didn't mind paying those items the associate somehow missed, which was a big 40 water pack and some eggs. I just assumed a simple apology would suffice since it is a hassle to be stopped at the door versus the excuse I got for their mistake, "it happens sometimes" and proceeded to show me other papers/receipts from what I am assuming "scanning" errors. I appreciate Costco and I have my executive membership, after this little inconvenience, I am considering not renewing it.

Lines are long. I love Costco and I am glad to be back in an area that has them. Self-checkout is cumbersome. While I am not a Walmart or Sams fan, I will give them credit for mobile checkout. It's a big improvement I threw something in my basket and scan and complete it when I'm done picking what i need. Get to the exit door were 2 or 3 people are checking receipt and walk on out. No excessive checkout lines.

Friendly staff, always very engaging with my little ones. Can get super crowded at times, but what store doesn't?

Very upset. I feel that I was being racially profiled. As I was walking through the Costco doors Breanna asked if we had a Costoco Membership. I stopped and pulled out my Costco & Sams membership. Just for the heck of it. I walked away and looked back. As I figured, more people where walking in without their membership in hand like I had and she didn’t ask THEM for their membership. I guess since they are Caucasian people there is no need to ask them for their membership. SO RUDE!

As always, shopping cart traffic everywhere. Wish they had lines on the floor to direct customers to check out and to direct or point where they are supposed to walk. They have almost everything. Nice clean store too.

Typical stocking up run. My Kirkland vitamin bottle had a broken safety seal! So that's going back. I'm not finding lunch meat, and the towel selection isn't great, other than that my experience today was great! It's new mattress time for me. Gotta research these brands. There is no Kirkland mattress - interesting. The 1/4 lb hot dogs are the BESTEST EVER!

We love shopping at this Costco. It's super clean. Staff is always friendly and check out as usually quick even during busy times.

They have some good collections for Winter now!
They have good accessible parking too!

It’s Costco so expect it to be busy all the time. Look for the deals online before you go to save time. The pizza and rotisserie chicken is always a great choice

Know your prices for best values, some not so good but quality is usually good. Good value on clothes. Super service.

The staff at the Webster location is so friendly; everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working here!

I went there to get new glasses I was so happy with the selection and the price I bought two.

If it wasn’t for the relatively good deals and unique products that I can’t easily find elsewhere, I would never step foot in this store. Everything from the gigantic shopping carts to the always-chaotic atmosphere —I just kind of hate shopping here.

HARD PASS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Worst costco experience, never returning to this location IN MY LIFE, BUYER BEWARE costco is great but the other reviews are 100% true, the employees here from casheirs to their manager ANDREW (if he actually is the manager, I asked the cashier for the manager and wouldnt call him, so i had to go to the membership desk, and instead of calling the manager they all had to all find out what it is I wanted before calling him), aren't helpful at all and will just stand there saying there's nothing they can do for being incompetent and just say "were sorry theres nothing we can do" then the manager said im only the front house manager i have no say in operations and wanted to blame corporate/retailers/other managers for them not having the prices dates set right on a product, i did 3 costco trips to finally figure out that they had their prices posted wrong but wont honor it, so i had to physically show ANDREW i had reciepts from other costcos (mind you this one is an hour away), in all 8+ hours wasted over them not posting prices/offer dates on their floor, and then had the gall to say "you could always call us" FOR WHAT ANDREW SO YOU CAN TELL ME HOW GREAT YOUR STORE IS AND CAN DO NO WRONG AND BLAME SOMEONE ELSE? GUESS WHAT THE GAS STATION IS HORRIBLE TOO, just go to buccees lmfao they dont have an SS officer writing down everyones plates, WHO DOES THAT? They asked me if I had pics, not of the particular item but GUESS WHAT I DID TAKE SOME, THERES MOISTURE ON THE DOG FOOD AVOIDDDDDDDDDDD

I promise you won't be disappointed by Costco! Never had a bad experience here. And the Kirkland brand is the best of the best! Warning: Do not go near the candy aisle!

Always helpful staff. Nice location. Costco always has some discount going on. Great pizza and drinks. The best thing I like about this Costco which separate it from other is Gas Station. I never have to wait for it.
