I love Costco and have always had a good experience with them, but I will NEVER buy another electronic from them. I purchased $1k computer from them and when I got into trouble with the computer because it was beyond the 90 days, I had to go through their concierge to have warranty repair. After over 7 calls and 10 days of trying to take computer through different diagnostics and computer going into blue screen, they still would not give me a service provider. The final step, find a software recovery and then we can further assist you. After many hours on hold and hours of working with warranty people, I called customer service and they tried to assist as well, but concierge insisted I repair computer before we moved forward (so what’s the warranty company for?). I took computer to Geek Squad and they said the repair would cost $215.99. At which time I headed over to my Local Costco warehouse, where they said they would have to call concierge. Concierge said they couldn’t help unless I fix the computer first. WTH? Really Costco? I’ve been an Executive Member for over 18 years and spend lots of money there and that this has been so difficult, is unacceptable. They told me fix computer and Costco would reimburse me with a shop card. Truly un-believable. Costco has really given me a bad taste. I will never buy electronics and make sure to tell everyone I can about the difficulties this issue has been.

Shopping is amazing here, and cashiers are nice, BUT tire center staff are understaffed. It takes forever here to get your services in the tire center replaced. So if you doing any services in the tire center, make sure to book a appointment by phone in advance or you will be in BAD LUCK. Other than that, this is a amazing place to shop at rather than the tire center being understaffed.

Purchased two set of pillows on sale. On set was king at $15.99 and one standard set that was on sale for $12.99. The cashier scanned the king set twice. I pointed out to her that the pillows are two different sizes and two different prices. She apologized and voided the king set and then rescanned king set again. I had not noticed this until after I had left the store. Also items I needed to buy we're difficult to locate. The manner in which the stock is arranged does not always make sense or reason.

The reason is they never have handicap carts available other than that the customer service is good.

I love to take my time shopping here. The check out has long lines but short wait. Amazing job. Meat are pricey but bakery goods are great. Love frozen food TV dinner style. They are great for lunch at work. Grapes and apples are the best. Take one star away because their pizza taste like ketchup.

I always shop here. Amazing prices, customer service, and quality. The meat selection/quality alone is worth the membership!

You can find almost anything that you need, but only if you want to buy in bulk. Their fruit and veggies are the best. Right now they are getting ready for Christmas and Halloween.

Very helpful staff and they blow Sams away in product quality. Although if you are looking for a brisket, call ahead and make sure they have some, they seem to run out quite often which is very frustrating, so, just letting you people know.

Great place. The best deals. It's frustrating because the deals are so good, I always spend more money than I plan to because I get things I didn't plan on getting. A good problem, I suppose. The lines can be long after 5: 30 during the week. Longer on the weekends but they tend to have more staff working the registers so it's not that bad. Overall, awesome place.

Love getting gas for my car. The price is always cheaper than the competition. Love the Kirkland brand coffee.

Convenient for shopping in bulk, prices are good. Food court has amazing hotdogs! Manager wouldn't honor a membership promotion saying she'd never heard of it, even after I showed her the deal. Told me you cannot visit the food court for a quick in and out bite without a membership (that's not true.)

I love this store, but I enjoy drinking a beverage as I browse and their "Pepsi only" choices make that less so.no Dr Pepper or Root Beer and worst of all no Mt Dew!:)

Location is very convenient and the staff lives up to the reputation of Costco. Texas needs to let them sell their own liquor line.

You don't consistently carry products, that I become used to such as San Pellegrino lemonade and orange. You have carried it for months but now no longer. Other than that no complaints. Helpful and friendly staff.

Need to mark down or get rid of produce that is old. Most staff is friendly, but 1 African American lady never speaks or smiles. Definitely don't ask her a question. Gas purchases at the pump should be included toward cash back earned with executive membership.

If there is a Costco in your town or nearby check it out and see if you want to buy a membership.
