Costco Wholesale, Frisco TX

Friendly staff and most products were there that I needed. Shortage was due to the winter storm this week.

You can always find what you are looking for but be aware of social distancing, on days of running for supplies as we'll be expecting a storm and bad road conditions, it becomes really crowded.

Not sure what it is about this place, but every time I enter a Costco, I feel like everyone loses their sense of spatial awareness. And nobody really knows what they are looking for. Quite the philosophical journey is Costco.

Costco is a great place to buy items in bulk! It can get quite crowded, but the cashiers will get you through quickly!

Love, love my Costco! The food is always organized and items are easy to find. I love that they check the freshly packaged meat for any harmful bacteria before packaging it to sell; They call this procedure being "Costco Safe" which makes me feel confident I'm feeding my family the best. I also love how the clothing is of good quality and durable. I don't like running around to malls and stuff, so very often Costco has just the right sweater, Jean's, jacket or vest I need and for reasonable price. The cashiers are always fast and friendly. I love the new concession Covid-19 procedures. I just wish they would bring back the giant chocolate vanilla almond ice cream bars those were my absolute favorite. I shop Costco at least 3 times a month. I just love this warehouse.

Terrible place. Have fun with their bad Kirkland brand and high costs on top of membership fee. They’re like the gestapo inside. Places like this make it easier to stop going to stores and just order groceries oneline and have them delivered. Cheaper that way too. Thank you amazon.

Don’t expect the front end to answer the phone. I waited over five minutes and no answer, the phone finally hung up on me. I left an item in a basket, and I will have to make a trip to see if someone turned it in. Always crowded, and customer are rude. I will start shopping at the McKinney store.

Cant ever go wrong with Costco.best prices.top return policy and always something new on offer.

This location has convenient parking lot compared to other locations in the area.
Good selection of products though the brand names are on decline and are being replaced with private label.

Great place to shop, my only complaint is that we need more store in Prosper, Little Elm and Aubrey.

I always go when they first open. Never had problems with parking or service. Occasionally the lines get pretty long inside, but there are self checkout registers that helps quite a bit.

Love the selection and prices at Costco. Also the staff is always super knowledgeable, helpful and quick. The staff definitely makes the difference

My gf and I went there to see if we wanted a membership there or at Sam's. We chose Sam's mostly due to location. The store seems nice. It is similar to Sam's but different.

I love Costco, even though ours is always packed they seem to check you out quickly. Parking can be a problem, but it's still worth the deals and products. My return experience has been pleasant too.

Best garden items for low prices, fresh seafood and fruit and speedy check out lines! Oh and must not leave without having a slice of their fresh hot pizza! Yum!

I love Costco, but I give it 4 stars because every time you leave, you spend at least a 100 dollars.

Being my first experience coming here, put simply, I loved it. They of course specialize in wholesale items, but that are reasonably priced. Costco also sells electronics, books, and have their own concession area with some surprisingly good options. I highly recommend coming here

Customer service/ returns are not as good as other costco stores. They can't do returns without a receipt while other Costco stores can

Well laid out store and always well stocked. Staff has always been pleasant. The parking lot is a nightmare but thats not anything they can help.

Love this store, amazing deals on all varieties of things. I also love stopping by the concession before we leave to get some pizza and hot dogs for the boys. One of my favorite things to purchase here is the produce, hard to beat the quality for the price!
