Costco Wholesale, Pearland TX

Will never visit this location again. They harassed my wife when she went to pay because her name was not on the account? Have shopped here for 5 years and never an issue. Guess it was easier for their employees to re stock 45 items than to let her pay like she always does.

Worst Costco ever in the Houston area. Frequent things out of date, greeters that always hound you for your card, enforcing rules that other Costcos don't care about, CDS members that aren't enthusiastic about their jobs, upper managers with bad attitudes, etc.

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it's there.

I rather go the the Costco in the Houston Galleria than this cesspool.

Every employee at the customer service counter needs to go away or do better by treating the members with respect and appreciation. And stop acting like you doing us a favor by having a job. How can Costco allow employees to ignore customers, talk to co-workers while serving customers, never address the or look at them to say welcome and how can I help, never smile, rush the customer even when there not busy etc. Y'all would not have a job if it wasn't for the community / customer / members. So get it together and do right by the people! I like to know what manager or supervisor allows this type of attitude and treatment toward there customers. What in the world is going on with these companies that allow this behaviour. I would think customer service is where it starts with kindness. But not at this store. Very sad!

Great prices but poor service. Waited 40 mins in line for pizza. Asked 2x if it was ready and was told to wait 20 mins. Just to find out it was already ready 15 mins.ago.

I've always been highly impressed with the whole operation at this Costco location. The staff are professional and friendly and the level of cleanliness is impeccable. While I always enjoy recognizing hard work, during my trips to Costco I especially like taking the time to thank the cleaning staff for their diligent work and high standards. As an aside, I was highly impressed with the way the management and staff handled the COVID situation at the beginning of 2020. They were professional and efficient and managed the operation in top notch fashion!

I have diminished my shopping visits to Pearland's Costco because my shirt size, 17 1/2 x 32-33 and pants size, 42x30 have disappear from the store, so, going there causes me a frustration feeling and now, during my very limited spare time, regretfully I've started to stop at SAMS more often even if SAMS is not my preferred, once a month, general shopping place.

Great place to get good deals. Good quality meats, household goods. I think it’s a bargain for cost of membership.

I would like to let management know how much I appreciated their help today while I was shopping. I was in soooooooo much pain and had a panic attack. I want to say a big thank you to Dallas and your other employees who comforted me.

Seriously, what's not to love about CostCo? Happy we're getting one in the Webster/Friendswood/League City area!

The cashier was rude. She through my membership card at me instead of hand it to me. And I felt so rushed! Not happy at all!

Just a Wonderful well-rounded place to shop. I purchased gas and went inside for a couple of meal items ie.the Bowl and the New salad. Wonderful choice. Friendly quick and convenient service.

Costco in Pearland is clean bright and simple, customer service is great except food court.
If you order in food court but she told you food is not ready you need wait then you will keeping waiting waiting because she totally forgot people already paid and wait for their order be ready, she forget you skip you.

After buying an $800 set of tires, they want $10 and 2 hours of your life to put the car in the shop to check and see if they have time to look at my low tire - whether it needs air or a repair. Special thanks to Curran, made my day with his condescending questioning about what I need done, definitely made my day. This could be Costco's strategy to get you to spend more time in the store buying stuff you don't need, bad enough you can't get a hot dog anymore.

Love this place! Wish we would have splurged on a membership sooner. Even their store brand products (Kirklands) have been great. The staff is always friendly. Weekends are crowded, but they do a fantastic job of getting through the lines. Take advantage of the travel perks!

Great store, but they stock way too much trendy, but overpriced organic foods. Quinoa, kale, and the preposterously named ancient grains will never be on my shopping list.

Really love Costco even though I always spend more then I should. This one is clean and well maintained, as most are. They have a good variety of organic and gluten free items. The best part is their travel discounts, I always get the best deals for unlimited mileage rental cars through their travel section. The rental and travel deals alone make it worth the membership. The best part is they actually pay their employees a living wage. Good job Costco!

I grew up in Portland shopping at Costco since the 80’s. I moved to Houston in 2006 and thankfully Costco has grown and opened new locations around the Houston area since I moved to Houston. Before Costco finally started opening other locations I would drive all the way over to the Bunker Hill location to shop with Costco.

This particular store seems to be a little smaller than most however most things you will find here don't forget your bags
