Felt ripped off!
Came out to repair my coil, told me that I had leaks and was loosing a lot of Freon. With a $3800 price tag, I agreed to pay and my air conditioner worked ONE DAY and then was doing the EXACT same thing ONCE AGAIN! Called COTES to return for repair and now they tell me the COMPRESSOR WENT OUT!
ANOTHER $3000!
Being a single lady and knowing nothing about air conditioning I feel this company took complete advantage of me. BUYER BEWARE!

Been using this company for a/c service for years! Always on time, great service, our tech is Bill and he’s very friendly and professional. Will be using them for years to come!

Just had a bi-annual service completed with them. I have worked with them before when they fixed my HVAC unit on emergency. Really like them and when the opportunity came, I signed with them for bi-annual services as well.

Bill was very polite and friendly. Everything was hassle free and communication was great. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience when I had my AC unit started overflowing and leaking from my ceiling. Cody was so patient and explained everything that was wrong and how he was going to fix it and it was so affordable.

Service technician was prompt and friendly. He systematically isolated the the problem to a blown fuse and checked probable causes, deciding in the end not to replace a part that may, or may not have contributed to the failure of the fuse. The unit works now and time will tell if the problem recurs. At least we have not paid for an unnecessary part replacement.

From the start to the very end, the whole team was amazing and professional! Could not recommend enough!

Everything about our experience with this company was beyond expectations. Product is super, installation was done on time by the most respectful, competent, pleasant young men one could hope for. They each seemed truly happy to be working at Cotes also. If I had a company of my own, I'd want Andy and his team working for me without any hesitation. This company is the BEST. And our house is cool again!

2023 Update: I can't say enough good things about this company. My mind is blown by the level of service I've received. Adam came out today and got our system working in about 20 minutes. In addition, he was so honest about what we needed. No oversell, no pitch. In fact, he told me I didn't need something I thought I did. From the time I noticed the A/C wasn't working and called Cote's to make an appointment, to the time it was working and my house was cooling again, was about 1-1/2 hours. You just don't have these kinds of experiences nowadays. I will recommend Cote's to anyone every day of the week. Fast, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy company.

2017? - I absolutely LOVE these guys! They are always polite, they get the job done fast and they keep me informed through out the process. I've used them several times and I've never been disappointed. Robert has helped me the last 2 times with different issues and he's great! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cote's.

Fantastic experience. Rare these days but Adam showed up exactly when he said he would and after texting he was on the way, absolutely knows the industry and very knowledgeable about the a/c units. Had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes. This is after another company played swap the parts for a couple days. Unit was up and working when he left. So happy we signed up for the maintenance program. These are the people you want looking out for you here in Texas!

Cade was at my home within an hour of calling for service on a Friday at 5pm.very respectful and knowledgeable! Had my ac working and was gone with in an hour of showing up.

We discovered our that our main AC unit wasn’t cooling at 6pm when got home from work on Friday night. We called Cotes and they said that we would have a technician out by 10PM. Bill showed up at 9 and had us up and running by 9: 30. He was professional and courteous.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, and showed me what he was talking about. Their timely response, saved us from having to withstand any additional hours of no AC in this August heat!
