I didn’t even mean to give this place 1 star there is Roaches everywhere and the water is turned off everyday I’m convinced they are trying to save on the water bill don’t move here I’m trying to legally get out of my lease now I didn’t believe the reviews into I moved here DONT DO IT this place is not worth the money I HATE IT

Moved in recently, I have to say the units look exactly like the pictures, Management has been very helpful regarding payment plans due to
Covid - 19 They have been working with us in any way the can.

From the tour to now management has been nothing but very helpful.after reading the reviews from previous residents, I was a bit hesitant till i saw how far along they were.it's definitely obvious that they have had new management. You can definitely see that the new management really does care for their residents.yes they do have water shut offs here and there but because they are doing repairs (understandable). Office staff goes above and beyond for this property! I am so glad I didn't lt the reviews from years ago stop me from calling and setting up a private tour with Christina who has been also very helpful since day 1! Give them a chance!

Water is always cut off every morning it seems and always from 9am to 1pm. Been there since November 2019 and it been like this since then. Holes in my walls and torn floor vinyl never fixed from ac repair people. Management does not respond unless it’s for a late payment (that wasn’t even late) they lost my deposit and made me make another deposit. If you got a family don’t move here. Horrible Horrible experience

Just got a text for an offer here. Firstly, I am looking for a place. I mustve read reviews on about 400 rentals, in past 2 weeks.

Yes, I research heavily so
i dont make the same mistake in past.

I must say, these reviews are the WORST ive ever read in my life. Period!

I feel remorse for these tenants. A News Station needs to investigate.

This property should not be leasing out to anymore victims. It should be shut down and demolition it!

I was really considering moving here after seeing ads for this place, but the amount of bad reviews and not seeing responses from management shows how much they neglect the tenants. I feel so bad for the community there, how unfortunate.

To whom concern i daphne massey is a person live at brix terrell hill apartment and lady that walk around and i dont known who she is and im reporting to my office.

This place is awful. Roaches everywhere even with pest control, dated appliances, a/c doesn't work. We just had to get a portal a/c unit. The "hardwood" floor is just a flimsy layer of.something.idk.it's peeling up. All of this would actually be okay with me for a temporary living space except that the management is extremely unprofessional to the point where they don't even know how to pay online without consulting someone else. How the hell are you gonna charge people and not even know how to get paid? There's no payment options on their website.you have to go to some other website and input some weird credentials they give you. It's so complicated. We just write checks.but the rent is different every month because you have to pay for water (based on the building, not even your own water) and so you need to ask them how much you owe. And good luck getting that info. Calling them does nothing because they rarely answer the phones anyway so you have to actually go to the office. Why. WHYYY? !

Also one of the managers looks like Lil' Debbie and I thought this was probably the funniest thing ever.

The Brix is located in a great location! Spacious apartments with lots of closet space! Management is willing to work with you in a timely manner. Just remember to come to the office and seek help and help will be given. The pool is a great place to hang out at as well. Honestly price, space and location that is what is all about!

I would not rent here and had I been in town when my husband got here we would not have rented here at all. There are roaches, they do not keep up with maintenance orders (we have a door without a lock due to a part, that can be picked up at the walmart or Lowe's less than a mile away needing to be ordered over a month ago and the upstairs bathroom is literally leaking into our bathroom.this is the second time btw), the management outright lies to your face, the bills we get in the mail do NOT match what it says online, very rarely get our mail or packages. THIS PLACE IS SHADY, DON'T STOP HERE RUN!

At this point, I think our only option at this point may be to sue the property managers

I have been a resident here, for a few years, and I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but when packages are delivered, and you are informed that it has been "thrown away, " and you weren't alerted that they received it, that's the last straw. It is very unfortunate, that people in professional positions are comfortable with treating others so shabbily. Yes, the other complaints/reviews are valid as well.

Since i moved in around September my living experience as been hell. My kitchen sink was clogged up for a week until they finally decided to fix it. I have no hot water. My living room window has a hole it from a kid throwing a rock through it at the beginning of December. My apartment was not finished when i moved in. Just this past Sunday (12/30/2018) my apartment was flooded for two days from a pipe that busted. Telling management about things wrong in your apartment is like talking to the wall. They expect you to pay rent but they can't fix anything. Highly dont recommend this place to live.
