Cotton On Body reviews
5Forgot to post this— walked in to cotton on to buy leggings. The associate that had curly hair was “training” a new associate, while discussing company drama. Instead of helping me, continued to come up to me and take the clothes that I kept picking out. When I requested the clothing to try it out in the dressing room, as soon as I finished trying on the clothes, a security guard is waiting near the dressing room. Shouldn’t have purchased the clothing, that girl needs to learn to either interact customers or leave them alone as I was not intending to steal.
Went there to find clothing gift for a friend, she loved the shirts I got her. Def would come back to find gifts
Laura has a worst attitude. Very rude and unprofessional customer service.
I came in here a while back to browse and see if anything caught my eye, and that employee Laura was super helpful! She helped me find everything I could have wanted then got me in a fitting room and was so helpful! I’ll definitely be going back when the new sales come around for winter!
I walked into the store and grabbed three bralettes then made my way to the fitting room. As someone was leaving the fitting room I made my way in. As the door closes I hear Laura yell “ excuse me! “ with an attitude, then asks how many items I have. I tell her 3 and then she puts up the number 3 on the door aggressively, while i’m in the fitting room. After I leave the fitting room I put the items back where they belong, and Laura comes up to me and asks me something. I couldn’t quite hear her, but I could just tell by her facial expression that she was still being rude. She then watches me as I walk to the register and pretends to mess with the items I put back. She then finally comes to check me out, still having an unnecessary attitude and being rude to me. It seemed as if she thought I was trying to steal probably by just the way I look, which by definition is discrimination. It’s one thing to not like your job and another to have incompetence and inability to perform your job with lack of compassion to others.
