16Just got to go order from Cotton patch and everything was perfect and the people on the phone taking the order were so friendly, what a wonderful change compared to most places
This place was the absolute worst, half the place was empty but, still had to wait 20 minutes to be given a table. When my food finally arrived, it was horrible, overcooked inedible and tough steak fingers, BLAND and cold potatoes and the Mac and cheese was NOT fresh. Will never come here again.
The A/C was not functioning and it was 106° outdoors and quite warm and uncomfortable inside.
Maybe that's why the waitress was short.
Food was great… service was horrible server had an attitude didn’t want to take care of us just because we order ahead n decided to eat in when we realized that the restaurant was empty manager was called twice total lost of time great food horrible service
Food was ok, service was great but AC not working (they should have just closed their doors or told people as soon as they came in)
So I picked an order last night for door dash around 8: 40 PM on 8/31/23. This is the second time I’ve been to this location to pick up an order and have been completely ignored by your staff. There is no one at the FOH to greet you so you’re just standing there like an idiot. I almost felt like I was hailing a cab in NYC because a million staff members passed me by and pretended I was not there. After 10 minutes of just standing there I had to yell across the room to one waitress to ask if anyone at all was going to help me. She came over, I told her that I was picking up a door dash. She proceeds to pull it out from behind the counter shelf places it down and walks away. So the persons order was sitting there ready for the entire ten minutes I waited for someone to help me!
This is absolutely unacceptable. I get that we live in a new age where young people have absolutely no social skills unless it’s behind some kind of digital screen but come on, you have reviews from two months ago with the same complaints so obviously it’s still an issue. Y’all need to get it together here. Where on earth is your night manager because I don’t see anyone that resembles one at all.
Waited 15 min and nobody came to seat us although there were people standing around and doing nothing
Ordered take out. I’ve never eaten here before but we wanted to try it. Everything was room temp (picked up within 5 minutes of the order being ready), except the tea which was hot. The chicken breast on the chicken sandwich was tiny. The baked potato was only edible because I was able to add things to it at home. The chicken fried steak was bland with cold gravy. This is a one and done for us. You won’t miss us, and we won’t miss you. $60 we won’t get back
I have been here four times in the last two months. The service is okay, the food is good for the price.
The past month the temperature of the room is warm, the air conditioning isn’t working properly and there are now fans other than at a work station for employees.
The floor of the eating area has been tacky/sticky every time I go. I visited the restroom for the first time yesterday and there are thick layers of dust on every horizontal surface: the top of stall walls, light fixtures, etc. There was a large roach next to the trash can.
I wonder when the last sanitation inspection was. Apparently it is time for another inspection and improvements in cleanliness and air conditioning. We will not be returning until improvements have been made.
Waited over 15 minutes to get seated. Plenty of tables and booths open. The place wasn't busy. Slow service!
When we walked in the atmosphere was very dank. It was not fully seated which made me wonder why it took 10-12 minutes to be acknowledged let alone seated. We noticed, since we had the time, that multiple tables were not cleared off. There was trash on the floor. Our waiter seemed less than thrilled to be waiting on us especially since his cool flip top hairdo was taking up most of his time (trying to keep it out of his face). He took our drink order and never asked if we would like an appetizer. Instead encouraged us to go ahead and order our meal. When we asked for a few more minutes with the menu, he seemed aggravated. He came back with drinks and took our order where upon he had told me they did not have the turkey and dressing meal. Being disappointed, I ordered chicken fried steak and my husband ordered beef tips. After waiting quite a while we finally got an appetizer I ordered. After quite some more time, we had to ask if my husband could get his salad he ordered. When it finally arrived, the waiter left again and returned 5 minutes later to inform us that they were out of beef tips. He ask my husband if he would like to make another selection. He chose pork chops. Probably another 15 minutes, and we noticed other people who had been seated after us were getting their food, ours finally arrived. It was lukewarm at best. The chicken fried steak batter was undercooked as it was gooey. The rest of our food was ok but not exceptional. We completed our meal. Paid at the table with a hand held debit machine. It was out of paper for a receipt. Also the WHOLE time we were there, which was about an hour and a half, the staff stayed congregated in the corner of the kitchen near their order kiosks. They were chatting, comparing info on their phones and service was null and void. Not returning to this location and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Need to train these kids working there (with zero personality) the necessary tools of waiting tables. Yes, I'd like a refill and maybe a drink to go. "Save room for dessert? " would have been appreciated. Although, $7 (plus tip) for a piece of cobbler and a tablespoon of ice cream is a little too much anyway!
This used to be one of my favorite places to go, this time the floors through the restaurant were sticky, service was terrible. Our server let our drinks sit empty for a long time. She also left all the dishes gather and sit on the table. She treated us like an inconvenience. Chicken fried chicken was bland, but the garlic mash potatoes were very good.
I like this place! The staff is super friendly. The food is delicious & priced well. Rolls are amazing! Easy to get too & they always always ask me if I want a to-go water. Love it!
The food was ok, but the waiter looked so unprofessional! This is not appropriate for a place that sells food. He should work at Hot Topic
Sound acoustics aren't good. Hard to hear conversation at our table. Food was great. Service was ok.
