CottonPaperie Letterpress, Southlake TX

You read about it in the reviews, and you don't think it will happen to you, but I got the feared ghosting from this outfit. They missed the deadline by over a month and I received a substandard product where 1/5 of the cards were unusable, 3/5 were usable but with flaws and 1/5 were what you would hope from a competent letterpress printer. This was our second order with C. P, with the first order also taking months to finalize (they at least communicated on that one). Huge letdown as I really hoped these guys could be a long-term solution.

Cotton Paper & Chavvon were so great to work with! After trying to work with numerous local print shops, and not getting the quality I was looking for, I decided to look for some out-of-state options.

Their team was fabulous from the get-go and helped me get my file set up with added expertise.

Receiving my new business cards in the mail was a great experience as well. From beginning to end, the team was thoughtful and professional.

I look forward to working with them again!

I've never had any issues whatsoever, and the customer service has always been 2nd to none! I feel any negative reviews are simply sour grapes.

Larissa and her team are a pretty amazing group! I have the privilege of working with Larissa for quite a few special events and she is always on top of it and sometimes.is a step ahead of me before I have a chance to ask her or her team for something. ;)

I have used Cotton Paperie for numerous events over the years. Going back over a decade, they provided my wedding invitations and baby shower cards and as they have expanded I have begun to use them for all our restaurant printing needs as well. They provide all the business cards, restaurant menus, gift cards, special event posters and many other various things that I may need. I have always found them to be professional and courteous and I am blown away by the scope of what they are capable of and by the dedication they have to providing the very high quality items. Anytime I need something done, even when I thought it was outside of what they typically do, I always call them first and I they have found a way to accommodate my requests. I will definitely continue using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody that asks.

With projects that require more design, I'm always given honest feedback during initial meetings if an idea is going to work or if it's going to stay within my budget. They stay on top of deadlines and update me on the progress of my project. The cherry on top is receiving the final product - I'm always blown away with the high end quality and they take the time to make sure the packaging is beautiful. 5 stars simply is not enough for the team at Cotton Paperie.

I cannot recommend Cotton Paperie enough! We have used them for our business cards twice and are planning on using the design team and printing services again.
