Living here for two years was pretty great. Fix it is good at repairing everything and the dorm is in great condition. Only downside really was having to have a meal plan and going outside and then back inside to do laundry.

Only giving this place 1 star because at least you get a room to yourself but other than that there are better places to live especially when it comes to parking. Zone F which is the lot closest to Cougar Place is also the lot next to the football stadium so whenever a home game is scheduled during fall football season, they kick everyone out of the lot at midnight (even if you're a resident) otherwise you get towed. They allow you to park in other zones but those zones are a pretty good walk. Walking far at night especially in third ward near scott street is not something you wanna get yourself into. Ask yourself, Why am I paying $375 for a damn parking pass if I'm not even able to park where I need to park? That's absurd, especially as a resident. They need to implement parking specifically for residents.

It's a pretty nice place to live. The rooms don't have kitchens

If you are planning on living at Cougar Place, you're going to love it here, trust me.

Opened up in fall of 13 so everything is pretty new and nice. The living room has a good amount of space to hangout with friends and the bathroom that you have to share with your sweetmates also has plenty of space and the toilet and shower have their own separate rooms. Also, the bedrooms are nice and comfy and comes with a full size bed which is a plus. The living room to the bedroom come fully furnished which is awesome and you can always decorate too.

The only concern I had with this complex is the wifi problems, but that's only in the bedrooms. Wifi is perfect in the lobby, study rooms and anywhere else but in the bedrooms you will sometimes experience slow connection which results in you having to reconnect to the wifi so it might be annoying if you're trying to study but that doesn't come close to changing my perspective on this wonderful complex. You are required to have a meal plan but that's not really a big deal and the dining hall (Cougar Woods) is right across the street which is convenient.

Furthermore, I made so many memories here. From making friends to attending events at CP. This place really makes living on campus fun and unforgettable. The perk of waking up and walking to your classes to hanging out with friends on the weekdays and weekends on campus.

I am moving out tomorrow (I'm writing this in my room, haha!) and I will miss living here. It's going to feel a bit nostalgic moving out tomorrow but it definitely help made my college experience fun and I will never forget this place.

Rooms fill up fast during sign up and summer so grab a room as soon as you can! You won't regret living here. Make the best out of it. Go Coogs!
