Do not move here. Communication with management is horrible, they say they will come and fix things but months go by with excuses. They do not care about their residents here. Water is constantly off and maintenance blasts loud music while working

Lived here for 2 years pay my stuff on time don't deal with the front office to much.my overall experience living here has been pretty good haven't seen no roaches.some ants time to time.lived in A5 unit no major issues appliances work consistently parking never a problem.if something needs to be fixed someone usually shows up 24 48 hrs.some cons.maintenence will come n just bust in ur place no notice no heads up.if one apt in ur unit has an issue it usually affects all the other aptments.if someone smokes or cooks u will smell it in your vents.they seem to have to temporarily cut off the water twice a week for 5 hrs.lot of cats all over the complex for some reason.feel the up keep could be better.trash cans are always overflowing n stank never had issue with any neighbors just the occasional baby mama baby daddy arguments outside.otherwise I have had a great living experience here

I have lived at these apartments for three years. The apartment itself I loved. I loved the floor plan of the apartment. What made me rate a 2 star is the management and what we have experienced staying at these apartments.the management has poor communication. 1. Example work orders after placing a work order it would take months before they go out there. Not once did they call to give us updates on when somebody will be out. We had to call them to get an update.
2.) they walk into your apartment and not let you know they are going in. How we would know someone walked to our apartment is when they disarm our alarm and we are freaking out thinking someone is breaking in because again we were not aware
3.) our last year living at these apartments we experience our car broken into and we were not allow to renew our lease because of so call “renovations”. We had always paid on time and never had any complaints the three years we have lived there. They place a note on our day informing us we are unable to renew our lease but with no explanation. We had thought we did something bad.the very next day I called the office wanting know why we received this letter and they said it’s because of renovation and they did not want to give me an option to move into another apartment until I asked if they had another option. At the end of the day the management is horrible.

Please read these reviews. I don't live here but I visit a family member often. It's always water coming from the ceiling. I can tell the floors and wall are damaged from this water. So this has been going on for some time. She has complained about this and other issues for some time. But yet they do nothing. The front of the apartments looks very nice because these are closer to the office. But take a look at the apartments on the far back. SAD! If you move here move right beside the office.

RIP-OFF- PLEASE BEWARE THAT $250 IS NON-REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF YOUR SITUATION. I'M CURRENTLY IN ANOTHER STATE AND NOTIFIED THE OFFICE THE SAME DAY I FILLD OUT MY APPLICATION VIA EMAIL THAT EVENING THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK TO TEXAS FOR ANOTHER MONTH BECAUSE THE PERSON I'M STAYING WITH CAN NOT TAKE OFF WORK FOR ANOTHER MONTH AND TO PLEASE CANCEL MY APPLICATION. Currently a resident who has been dealing with this complex for 2 almost 3 years and every other month my a/c is broken currently been broken since 4/27/22 the reviews are honest most of them! Eli can't get his contractors to do honest work or completely fix the issue and send emails replying the service request is completed which never happens. First unit I was in flooded and was hell getting to the new unit just to have more problems in it, as I have repeatedly documented and sent request to fix we got roaches broken a/c hvac units poorly installed appliances unprofessional uneducated staff corporate needs to intervene and correct these issues. 0 out of 5 star's highly DO NOT recommend this Chain of apartments

Can’t even lie. Eli was helpful in the beginning as far as helping me get in but after moving in til now everything has been horrible. The unit which was supposed to have been “cleaned” was filled with roaches and nails, screws, and staples all in the carpet for us to step on and get cut or poked. We’re on 2nd floor where the subfloor is rotted and weak and has holes you can feel thru the carpet. Hvac system has mold in it which all of these issues have been brought up to management but nobody has acted on it. Yesenia was supposed to put me on the list for pest control twice already that hasn’t happened along with all the other issues I stated on my inventory and condition form. And don’t hold your breath waiting for them to call you back. They have both my personal line and work line but made 0 attempts to take care of my issues and/or concerns…

If I could give 0 stars I would:). Where do I start.
I was allowed to move into a unit where the oven did not work at all. Move here if you want bugs, doesn’t matter how clean you are. They come through holes like the one I had behind my oven that Noone could explain. They patched it up with tape and put the new oven in place. The shower drained really slow. No one ever came to fix that issue, ended up fixing it myself. There was chipped paint and cracked walls I asked to be fixed weeks before the agreed move in date. Thin & Caving walls. Apartment smells weird on hot days also. Can’t wait until my lease is up in December.

This has to be one of the worst apartments in the area. Maintenance is trash and is always fixing a/c, walls cracking, mold and dust on ceiling and corners, ceiling fans look like they haven’t been cleaned in decades, I would clean the ceiling fan myself but u would need a 80 ft ladder! To clean upstairs bedroom ceiling fan. Ants, roaches and all type of bugs are present since move in date. When the pest control guy comes and sprays he really doesn’t do anything, because bugs still are present. People yelling and fighting 24/7, sometimes gunshots are heard. In my apartment, can’t speak for all it feels at times like I could fall thru the floor because there are so many weak spots in the floor. Bathtub has cracks in the ceiling and water drips when we take a shower and paint on bathtub floor all peeled off! Maintenance had to come out 5 or 6 times just to finally fix it and it still drips from time to time, and for them 2 fix the floor we have to leave our apartment for some days because of the paint smell but still nobody from the front office has called regarding our bathtub floor.countertops tops are outdated along wit the cabinets and fridge. The fridge looks like it’s been here since 1990 and barely works. The only hardwood floors are in the bathroom and kitchen and when u move in u will find paint splatter all over them. Every appliance in this apartment is outdated. So if u plan on moving here this is what u will be dealing wit 9/10. At least they painted the Parking spaces because that would be another complaint on my list. I will be adding pictures of the bathtub ceiling so U can see one of my issues

I would not recommend these apartments. My friend has been here only 6 months and the toilets been getting stopped up ever since the first month! Maintenance comes in doesn't fix anything, says he'll come back and never does. They blame everything on "well the maintenance men are fixing AC's" and then it's just like they forget about the other work orders. Mold in the vents that still hasn't even been acknowledged, plus there's hella ants in here smh. Wish my friend would have read the reviews before moving here!

I have been here since 2016, had some bumps in the beginning. But with the new manager Eli and his assistant, things are getting better. I have never seen the office staff stay to make sure apts are move in ready. When I head out for work at 1am, the manager is still here fixing, cleaning or doing something to improve this place.n. Now if the residents would stop being nasty, and put their garbage in the actual dumpster, and not allow their company or live ins to use all the parking. This place would be wayyyy better.

This apartment complex is amazing. The office staff and beautiful assistant manger Laura are very helpful and kind. They go above and beyond for you especially Eli the manger. I have not had any problems and would recommend Country Club Apartments.
