Country Crest Townhomes, Odessa TX

We came for a visit with the grandkids. The complex seems very nice, well kept and quiet. We enjoyed the weekend here.

Tonya is the person I spoke to and I am not sure what position she holds however, she was very rude and even hung up on me as I was speaking. I am not sure what triggered this attitude towards me as I was only inquiring about availability. Needless to say, I have decided to go with another complex.

The Ladies in the office were nice and helpful. Once moved in we had air-conditioning issues. The maintenance men took care of It very quickly. The townhomes are affordable. We love it and thankful. Thank you Ladies and gentlemen, for all you have done for us.

I just got off the phone with the lady named Tonya she sounded very young and very on polite I wanted to know information since I’ll be moving to West Texas in the next few weeks. When I asked if the bedrooms were upstairs she simply said they are townhomes I was not interested in giving me any information in regards to if I wanted to apply or not didn’t even offer me that option. Overall she was very very rude over the phone not Willing to give me a any information when I Astor she responded what kind of information do you need as far as what? And to think that this was my first choice I had in mind since it does have washer and dryer connections.
