Social distancing well practiced in addition to being a good clinic.

The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. I never feel like I am just another customer. They make me feel like they truly care about my Archie boy.

Great customer service. Spent a lot of time with my wife explaining and listening to our concerns. Thanks.

Our beagle Lilly is quite the character & the entire staff at Country Friends Veterinary Clinic are so sweet & welcoming to her!
Lilly has received excellent health care from the doctors, the vet techs are wonderful, & the desk staff is always happy & helpful.
Lilly has also boarded with CFVC & we found the facility to be very clean & bright. It put our family at ease to know Lilly was being well cared for in our absence.
We're so glad Lilly has this fantastic support system of caring people outside of her family!

When we started using CFV Dr. Rhonda was working out of her garage! They have grown over the years and added some amazing Dr's and staff. We use Dr. Decker, I have known her since she was a child! All the Dr's and staff are very good and really care about the animals. Won't trust ours to anyone else!

Everyone here was so kind and informative. They took great care of my cat and kept me updated on how he was doing.

In the beginning of our journey with our dog (buddy) on intervertebral disc disease, Dr Westwood was very helpful on getting him surgery with Blue Pearl. She seemed to care about buddy's welfare. So we continued to use this vet clinic. However we could not get in to see Dr Westwood. So we saw Dr Books after we boarded him at JD Kennels. He had severe diarrhea. We had to drop off buddy and $500 dollars later buddy was released to go home later that night. She put him on medication and went back for follow-up and we waited over an hour to see Dr Books. She never said anything about making us wait so long and only wanted to explain how there is a Dr. Who would come by and do heart test. It seemed to me all she was interested in was the money. She also called buddy the wrong name which she called later on the phone to apologize for calling him the wrong name. I told her we will never use their service again. It's a shame that they seem to be more interested in making money than caring for our dog.

We always receive excellent care at Country Vets! Dr. Westwood and Brandi went above and beyond, taking care of our Rosie and Bella, and me. LOVE these people and this Vet's office!

We had just bought a house and my cat climbed in a cabinet and bit a wire that was left exposed. We rushed him in and he had significant injuries, we honestly thought we would lose him. The doctor's and staff were phenomenal. Our cat Robbie had to stay for 5weeks had a few surgeries but thank you God he is with us today! We thank you so much for loving Robbie!

We used to love bringing our dogs here. When Dr. Rhonda was there regularly we really enjoyed it because she was very thorough and took the time to explain things, however, they are not very helpful in my personal opinion anymore. The cost just to bring your dog for an office visit in additional to the work they do is OUTRAGEOUS. We found another vet nearby who we were actually able to speak to on the phone and they were so sweet and helpful. When we call to try to get direction about bringing our pet to country friends they don't really have time to talk to you on the phone to hear you out and help. The response is always that they can't give medical advise over the phone and you have to bring the dog in. I don't want to pay $45 if I don't need to bring my dog in. The other vet said they could get us in within a couple of days and they gave us advise over the phone until they could see our dog. Great customer service goes a long way and while country friends seems to be a good place for pets, it's just not the customer service we hope for and want to pay for.

******** UPDATE: Country Friends was very kind to call us after this review. I can totally understand them being overwhelmed as so many new houses have moved into the area. We appreciate all their hard work and efforts in caring for our family.

The staff was great and my little one was at ease the whole visit. She was anxious at first but with the love and patience the Country Friends staff showed her she was at ease the rest of her visit. The staff answered all the questions I had as a new pet owner. I would recommend Country Friends Veterinary Clinc to Family, Friends and anyone looking for vet care.

Nothing but great things to say about this clinic! Very personable, makes sure you understand the plan of care, doesn’t make you feel rushed! We have a dog training business and we have already referred one of our clients to Country Friends Vet. Great staff from the front desk to the Doctors. They immediately took our Daisy (cocker spaniel) into surgery after having X-rays done and discovered she had stones and while performing the surgery, went ahead and had her spade.talk about killing 2 birds in one stoneThey followed up recommended a special diet etc. Will definitely use them again!

The staff at Country Friends Vet are AMAZING! They took of our dog in a time of need. They are now going to be our vet!

I came to CFVC for an emergency with my cat Nash. My regular Vet said they did not have the time to see her, even though it was an emergency do to a dog attach on her. The staff and Doctors at CFVC were kind and caring and did not hesitate to look at and help Nash. I would recommend CFVC to take care of your loved family members.thank you all so much
