2The nurses have no respect for the aides especially those from agency. They talk to in rude manner to ther staffs. And they leave their residents wet for hours
BEWARE! Outraged with this facility! We were informed mid December 2020 that my Grandmother had tested positive for COVID-19 and that she had gotten infected by either an employee or a resident. Country Village Care admitted that during the pandemic, they have been allowing residents to leave the facility for leisure and for healthcare appointments, but my Grandmother has been denied these same rights for the reason of 'she could get COVID if exposed to someone from the outside and bring it back into their facility'. The hypocrisy of this place is unsettling. If your loved one is a resident, please ask questions. Don't take 'No' or 'Our facility is not at liberty to discuss this with you' for an answer.
