Also it’s 2023 who doesn’t have online pay?
You call the 1-800 number and they want you to email and you are SUPPOSED to get a response within 72 hours, no response after a week, so I emailed again and then was told to call the 1-800. This was all over the escrow analysis. The analysis was not completed after a year time, they waited 2 years before completing it and then want us to pay over $5,00 in escrow shortage for the past year and for the upcoming year. My insurance premium dropped and I cannot reach anyone to have a new analysis completed to rectify some of the shortage.
These are the most scammy people I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They are rude and dishonest. Stay as far away from them as you can. I’d rather ride a rusty rollercoaster with missing bolts, operated by a drunk carnie than to ever work with them again.
This is by far the most poorly ran company I have ever dealth with; as soon as I can refinance, I am getting away from this company. The people who answer the phone and/or employed there, have a low functioning skill set, who are, or appear to not have the ability to genuinely care for customers. They appear not to have an inbound tracking system for correspondence, they do a poor job responding to paying Escrow fees to protect the customers from surprise letters from Homeowner Insurance companies and, County Tax services; they offer assurance but do not follow through.
If I could give a minus number, I would. Customer service is a - 200. When I need to change my insurance they were hard to work with and I had to drag the information out of them. And it was like getting snake bit. To get statements and payment coupons after not getting them for over 9 months and I had to beg them for them. I then got tired and let my attorney know about my disgust. Every once in a while I would still not get a statement and payment coupon. Now they’re back to their incompetent selves again. I would never use this incompetent bunch of people again. I’m not getting them again, it’s been 2 months since I’ve received one! And I would also like to add that they’re really good about making accounting mistakes. For several months the statements showed that my amount due was twice the amount due and at one time or two, it was three times the amount due. Even though I never missed a payment!
Worst company. Trying to increase my interest rate after I have already signed contract. Now they won’t issue funds.
The company has terrible customer service. Will require flood insurance above the value of the home and force you to pay for it even though they approved the first flood insurance to begin with when you bought the home. Messed up our escrow account when we asked for extra payments to go towards it instead of principal and therefore causing us to owe this year. Also sent our yearly tax documents by mail late, which, unless I'm mistaken, is illegal.
