Decent hotel with decent amenities. Nothing special and a little overpriced but overall not bad. I can recommend Courtyard by Marriott
Came with kids and chose it because they have a pool. Pool closed, they say because of no permit, poppycock. I think to many kids in the hotel, it's summer, what we're they thinking, no discount. Limited Starbucks inside, doesn't open until 7am, maybe that's a me problem.
Very clean, nice soft pillows and beds! Easy parking. Right by the Arlington mall, and only 12 minutes from the outlet mall. Very great week stay! Highly recommend!
Had a great shower head and good water pressure. Only two towels im sure they would've brought us more upon request. The pillows on the bed were flat. It was a clean room and the front desk staff seemed nice. It all felt pretty average to me which is better then below average. Would I stay there again? Not sure I enjoy free coffee and a free breakfast.
The location of the hotel is AWESOME! You're in such close proximity to great retail stores and restaurants. Hotel staff I interacted with were both professional and friendly. Very minor issues with room that I stayed in - bathroom door sticks, scrapes the floor making it difficult to close. Also the refrigerator did not get cold. Other than those two things, great place!
We stayed during the terrible winter storm. We were given the lowest rate and not charged for late checkout. When the hotel lost water, they communicated quickly and effectively and had quick solutions. In a time where they could have taken advantage, they didn’t. In a time that gave them every stress imaginable, they were gracious. We’re so appreciative of the entire team for their excellent care.
Great atmosphere, staff was friendly especially Brandon. He was accommodating to my medical needs. We arrived at midnight from The Holiday Inn upset and Marriot was on point. Will be staying there from now on for future surgeries. Wat to go staff!
Love this hotel and would definitely stay again. Very clean, comfy beds, in a quiet area and close to shopping and dining options.
Terrible beds, poor customer service, rude front desk staff, ice machine broken! For $200 a night the bed could be a lot better and service should be top notch.
I have been waiting for them to put money back on my card every time i call its something different on why its not on my card i can never speak to a manager but they sure did hurry up and charge my card for a $5 water
The manager Benny was just so Amazing during this difficult time he was kind enough to even go out of his way to help my friend and I and to assist everyone at the hotel.
I have been coming to Courtyard by Marriott for a couple of years now. The place is great, good welcoming and cooperative staff. This was my first visit post COVID 19, I could feel the difference. The service and facilities have been affected. I am sure, with the passage of time things will return back to normal
Horrible service! They charge even for the parking when it says free. The guy at the front named Bobby says you got the come down of you need condiments. I guess they need to hire more people to do housekeeping or close down the hotel.
The best hotel. My husband and I love it and love staying here. Newly remodeled since 2016, but just like the first day in 2020, clean, comfortable. A beautiful modern and peaceful atmosphere?
It's nice and clean. Very comfortable room. They lose points with me for putting draconian social distancing propaganda around their public spaces. Enough of the propaganda. Let adults be responsible for their own safety. Don't need to be patented by your chain.
I am a Marriott Rewards member. I did receive a complimentary upgrade due to my loyalty and status. The room was clean and very modern. The AC worked perfectly. The internet was stable and fast. The shower was hot and the room comfortable overall. The most memorable thing about my experience? The customer service was fantastic and staff was very polite. Consistent experience, one of the main reasons I continue to choose Marriott.
The hotel has abundant parking and is not located by any major downtown area but charged us for it (Never been charged at a courtyard before)
WiFi was shockingly slow, and we have Marriott gold “fast” WiFi access.
Door to bathroom in our room was broken so we couldn’t shut or lock it.
Rooms were pretty loud as there seemed to be some sort of volleyball or softball team in town.
Gave two stars because staff was nice enough.
