Very nice hotel. Larhonda at the front desk help us out a ton when we had some issues.
Only bad this is required valet parking.

Good location, room pretty good,
Valet parking totaly ridiculous, and somehow force people to pay for uneeded and totally useless services.

Honestly this place met our needs with reasonable price point (around 200/night)
since we weren’t spending a lot of time at the hotel. The tapas rooftop bar upstairs is nice but it does close early. Parking is around 29$ per night so prepare for that. There is also a Starbucks for coffee.

Check your bill and credit card! They double charged me for the ridiculous valet parking- 1 valet employee, no place to really unload or load luggage. The rooms were clean and well decorated but the staff is utterly rude. Also, not your usual courtyard since they are in town so no water in room, parking valet only $35 +tax a night, no breakfast, for tea use coffee pot in room or Starbucks in lobby $$. Great views roof top area are but only open in evening when bar is open Friday 5pm.

Spotless. Friendly. Convenient. Every aspect of my stay was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, they came to the room and made the bed and gave us new towels and I continually saw people cleaning/vacuuming common spaces. Easy walk to the convention center and Dealy Plaza.

Very clean and nice rooms! Service was great and did not have to ask for clean towels! Perfect location because we walked to breakfast and the reunion tower for dinner! We love to roof top bar and Netflix on our TV!

Good walking distance from some good places. It was a bit difficult to get into the parking but other than that, great hotel!

Valet tried to charge us $75 Vs the listed $45.
Please be vigilant on booking here, tried to voice complaint to inform front desk but was not even acknowledged on the error done on their employees first person in contact customers interact with. Cancelled stay

Last minute decision to stay here and we personally were not disappointed. It’s close enough to the State Fair for an easy drive, and easy access to the freeway when we left.

The woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient, she even had me book online after telling me to do so as I may get a lower rate, which I did.

Room was spacious, clean and surprisingly the location itself was very quiet, I’d stay here again.

Loved the atmosphere and location! Very close to major locations! Walking distance to Kay Bailey Hutchinson Conference Center. The bar area on the top floors is awesome! Excellent for chats with friends!

Would give 0 stars for check-in if I could. Staff was careless, no “hospitality” or basic eye contact. Took about a half an hour to check-in. Customer service wasn’t a thing.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Their rooftop bar was a nice vibe.

Rude staff! Will be calling corporate. The woman behind the counter afternoon of 9/18/23 absolutely no excuse for her. Definitely doesn’t need to be working in customer service.
