Very nice for a courtyard. Clean, updated with a friendly staff. I'd definately recommend if you need to stay in the area.
The first room we stayed in had urine and the second room had blood all over pillows and sheets. The manager did not return my call, nor speak with me directly.
Denise was awesome and so helpful! So was the bistro lady. Will be coming back again just because of a wonderful customer service.thank you
Courteous, friendly, clean. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling through on business.
Very nice and clean hotel. For the price, I'm not sure you could find a better hotel. It's not deep into Houston so it was easy to get to, but you could be downtown or at the Galleria in under 20 minutes. The staff we encountered was friendly and very willing to help. The room was very clean and had a nice updated feel.
For the price you would think you got something complimentary. No coffee. No breakfast. But no worries they have a bistro and a menu with NO prices.
