For business travellers like us, it's easy to get a quick dinner or breakfast at the lobby bar, then take the free shuttle to the airport to catch your flight.

The WORST mattress I have ever slept on at a Marriott. I appreciate airport hotels get the short end of the stick when I comes to furnishings but I stay at a Marriott as they always do better than this. Disappointing.

OK, maybe not 5 Michelin stars, but what an awesome staff here! Beautiful rooms, furnishings, courtyard. Very relaxing & refreshing place to stay. Choices at the bistro are a bit limited & pricey but that's not surprising. My only gripe is that water at the bistro only comes in a plastic bottle - let's put less plastic out in the world! I did notice the fridge cabinet in 408 was a little bit chewed up.

Everything about my 1 night stay was peaceful, comfortable, clean, and easy. Great staycation destination. French toast and Starbucks coffee was delicious.

No longer the hotel I remember. Parking is $10 per night, breakfast no longer complimentary, coffee at Starbucks cost, coffee pot in room not plugged in had crawl under desk to plug in, all at high cost in a depression.

There were huge rats in the pool area. It was sticky and disgusting I that entire area. I asked to have my night extended which they did I asked at the desk if everything was good to go and I was told absolutely. I left my room at 2: 30 to grab lunch and returned to find I was locked out the manager rudely and embarrassingly told me that my card had been declined although 2 other employees saw that it wasn’t. When I checked out I requested a receipt which the same rude employee refused to email or print…terrible customer service never again

Rooms are a bit small, well atleast the ones we staye in on the second floor. Only one handicapped parking space on the side of the building we parked.two would be better to accommodate those of us who need one. Bar was good, good coffee.

Very bad stay, for 15 days. They never cleaned our rooms unless we requested it and the only thing they did was change towels and make the bed, you could only request it every third day "COVID-19" when I arrived my bathroom had hair, the toilet was very dirty, I told the manager that he wanted a good cleaning and I showed him why and the only thing he answered was sure that those hairs are not yours?

NO RECOMMENDED!

We used this hotel for our wedding room block and had our rehearsal dinner in the hotel itself! I can't recommend it enough. Their coordinator, Regina Alon-Alon worked with us to ensure every detail was perfect and was thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to ensure everything was successful and we could not be more grateful for her.

I've been staying at this hotel periodically through the pandemic. The team has been welcoming and helpful every time. Though services are restricted, the team has not had a loss in customer service.

Horrible experience. The room was not clean. We found cigarettes and a lighter inside the room. We had no towels. Long story short, it wasn’t clean and ready to receive a new guest. Front desk attention was horrible too. Never answer the phone to address our needs. Charged $10 for parking! (that’s ridiculous, no hotel in the same category and area do the same). And the jewel of the crown, the internet in the room never worked. I wish I can have my money back. Horrible horrible experience.

This hotel had very kind staff. I was experiencing flight delays and they let me have a later checkout at no extra cost. It was much appreciated!

What a horrible stay it was. There was a dead cockroach in the room. When we informed to the staff, we suggested them to clean the room. They just came and took away the dead roach. No one even apologized for the gross incompetence.
Secondly, they were getting room revamped. Apparently the one opposite to ours. Now we like to sleep late. Horrible noise would start at 11AM for 2 days straight. No action upon informing the staff. No room transfer offers, no regrets. What a disappointment it was!

The rooms here are nice and the lobby is updated and clean. Some of the entry ways/outside is dated but overall clean and decent sound proofing.

FYI this property attempts to nickel and dime you without disclosure - $10/night parking (the hotels across the street have huge parking lots and no charge.) and after leaving I got a $5 internet charge on my card even though my reservation said internet included and I never had a pop up request to authorize that charge. Our room only had one bar of service (ATT) so we had to get on WiFi to be able to do much.

We were able to get the manager to waive the $10 parking fee but too lazy to deal with the $5.

The staff is Amazing! They are so welcoming with smiles on their faces. Gilbert is so kind and always available to help. Nice clean hotel. Close to the airport and the mall. I had a great experience staying here!

None of the ice machines work except for one one 1st floor. There is no consistency. Some clerks allow food deliver others don't
Housekeeping is only provided if you ask for it and is on the schedule. There are no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. Worst Marriot experience.
