Courtyard by Marriott Victoria

N7ce property. Room reels of mildew and the AC doesn't keep the fan blowing all night, or stay cool enough. Covered in sweat.

A good basic yet comfortable hotel.

I enjoyed my few stay and have little to complain about. Will certain be back when visiting the area.

Swimming ‍️ pool had light hanging out while I was in the water. I didn't notice it after I stepped out, kind of scary and would imagine it would be considered a hazard. Other than that area was peaceful, the bed was comfortable. If you like going to the movies, you can basically walk 150 feet and your inside the theater.

Our room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious! Everyday the staff we encountered were Very polite, helpful, and professional. Everyone was kind & we were greeted with smiles and friendliness from the moment we walked in! We are utilizing the conference room for an event this Saturday- Comedian Keith Terry will be performing a show for his Everybody LOVES Love Comedy Tour!

Such a beautiful hotel with every accommodation! We couldn’t be more excited and pleased!

Close to the highway, conveniently across the street from the mall, and right next to the movie theater! Talk about the Best Location.

The outside pool and lounge area is equally comfortable and provides plenty of space for families, travelers, and business occasions.

We always have a great experience staying here, whether resting (as we travel a lot) or during business trips.

There’s a bar and dining area as well as a sitting area for my son to hang out in the lobby where he loves to watch TV while I’m working.

I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t boast on it enough when it comes to the people who work here. You just don’t find many places these days where staff is genuinely happy to be of service!

Okay hotel. Bit older but not terrible. Order for breakfast through an-site Starbucks. The breakfast bowl was amazing, the cook did a great job!

We hosted an event at this location. Service and staff was awesome; it was a pleasure working with their DOS- Brenda. And the space was perfect- clean.this location is 1st on list if ever need to host anything else in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard in Victoria. The location is in a nice area. The property is well maintained both exterior and interior. The grounds of the hotel were clean and well manicured. The rooms are typically Courtyard size and layout. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and off the highway. All the staff I came in contact with were professional and helpful. Overall it was a quiet and enjoyable stay. I would have no reservations in booking future stays at this property.

Very nice facility. But I have to say that Adriana at the cafe was the highlight of my stay. Strike up a conversation with this sweet lady when you stay here.

This property is absolutely one of the best. Most of the staff are very friendly and actually acknowledge you as a guest. The housekeeping is superb. Would stay there again if in the area. If you can get past some employees being occupied with their head down in their phones and not acknowledging certain members as TITANIUM ELITE, then you will be just fine…

My wife and I were here for three nights. When we came in, we had very high expectations. Clean room and courteous front desk. However, we were made to sleep in the same sheets for the entire period of our stay! We couldn't get towels changed until we had to step out to literally hijack housekeeping staff on our second day. Excuse? Hotel was short-staffed, Even when we made several calls to get sheets changed, the response was the same from 3 pm till we went to bed the third day! I have stayed in better Marriots! This one isn't very good for the rating and perhaps, the price!

My check in was great. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but very friendly. My room was good, bed was comfy. My complaint was someone’s food was still in the fridge, the bath towel was small and thin. Door handle on the outside of bathroom fell off (no big deal). I’m giving 2 stars because at 5: 45 am you couldn’t get any coffee downstairs and I was directed to go to Starbucks in or by the mall not sure! Why would I have to leave a hotel to get coffee? They had a cheap, small coffee pot in the room which I didn’t use, thought surely, they have coffee downstairs in or around the lobby area. I

walked over to where I guess the breakfast area was and asked if I could get a cup of coffee and he told me he didn’t have any ready. WOW! When I come back to Victoria, I will be sure to find another hotel that serves coffee before 6 am and it’s complementary no matter what time it is.

Stayed a week for a work trip and the service and amenities are fantastic. Large gym with plenty of treadmills, large fire pit outside next to pool and jacuzzi and TV in lounge

Clean Marriott but needs some upgrades. Next door to a movie theater and several stores. Overall a good choice.

Make sure you double check what they charge you for the room. Checking in they charge your card one price, checking out is a lower price. I called to ask why, was told because I wasn't in their points system. I told the clerk I wasn't told and that was not right. I stated that it better get fixed or they would hear from me again. The next day the charge was fixed to the lower price.

The TV barely turns & pulls out far enough to view. Mold growing on the ceiling, not healthy! Shower mounted shampoo bottle falls at 2: 00am WTH! Burglar!? !?

Truly awful, I don’t think it’s courtyard, I think it’s this location! And whoever Oscar is on the phone PLEASE get him off the phone I will never stay the night somewhere with people like him running the facilities

After a long day i’m traveling across the country, I was exhausted and ready to crash. Upon checking in, I was greeted by both Joseph and “Philly”, and was immediately uplifted by the great and positive personalities. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the lounge was filled with a great and relaxing atmosphere. Whenever I’m back in Victoria, I think I’ll be looking forward to staying here again.

Just here for the weekend! Nothing to write home about. Everything in its place. Can’t expect anymore.

The best value for the price! Rooms are clean and breakfast is tasty!

Passed through Victoria on our way to Houston. We had such a enjoyable stay at this Courtyard that we extended our stay. The outdoor pool was well maintained, and the staff, especially Mr. Joe, was so nice to our kids. There’s also an indoor gym, but we didn’t go there because there was enough to do near the hotel.

When we wanted to go out to play, we went to nearby Ethel Lee Tracy Park. There’s a splash pad at the park, but too bad it was closed for maintenance. When it got too hot, we walked around the mall.

The next time we are in the area, will definitely be back. Hopefully, we will see the same friendly faces again!
