14Fantastic hotel when you're passing through town, but want an upscale facility to crash in while you do.
Room was clean, house keepers, were friendly and supplied me with extra towels. Close to several shopping centers, restaurants, Lowes, and Home Depot are across the street. They also have a really nice bistro for coffee, and breakfast. Access to WIFI. There also a pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Conference room are available.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 starts is because there was no hot water in the shower, which is quite difficult to accept in this level of hotel. The staff promptly helped with the situation and gave me access to another room to take a shower before I leave in the morning. I'd stay there again in the future.
Would not recommend this hotel. The pool area is very run down. We wanted to use the fire pit since it was cold outside and the fire pit wasn’t working. We had to switch rooms because our shower was scalding hot despite having it all the way on cold. For as much as we paid for one night, I’m pretty disappointed.
Love Marriot hotels, have been a member for many years. This hotel has awesome staff and clean rooms. Recommend a stay. The front desk called to verify everything was meeting our needs.

WOW! Very nice, the lady who checked me in was super nice and friendly. The whole motel is spotless and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. I'm very happy here! It was 99° when I checked in but the whole motel was nice a cool!
Comfy bed with pillows that you melt into. Starbucks is located inside and the serve some food. Nice staff. I would stay here again. Only problem is there are so many lights to turn on but so little lighting in the rooms. Had a mini fridge and a microwave, a closet, and a big television that can be moved to face any direction. I was able to watch TV from the couch and the bed. Place is very clean and they have computers and a great lounging area.
Be advised this is one of those hotels that doesn’t have duvet covers yet doesn’t wash the duvet between guests. As evidenced by the crusted yellow stains I found on mine. Disgusting. The shower caulking has also seen some significantly better days. If you are a light sleeper ask to be put away from the elevators, they have a very loud chiming sound each time they open. I stay in 1-2 different hotels per month in big and small cities and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed by a Marriott.
The staying was okay. The gym area was awful, no air conditioning at all. Informed hotel personnel, but nothing was done. BTW, temperatures were in the triple digits.
Nice, clean smoke free rooms. Very pleasant hotel to stay. Good location to area restaurants if only staying the night. Good value. No Breakfast free breakfast, but could purchase something small, like a muffin.

So I am a Titanium Bonvoy member. I check into the hotel the service personnel Tre (TRE) checked me in. I saw several bags at least 10 behind the counter and usually they are gift bag that have water and snacks for Bonvoy members. I happen ask for one. He said NO and all he said was they are for something else. I'm ok with him saying NO to me but not to turn around 2 minutes later and give it to the next lady that checks in! I go to my car to get my bags as I was walking back into the lobby I saw a lady (beautiful at that) checking in and he handed her the gift bag right as I was walking in. He looked surprise to see that I saw him given another customer the bag. I should have said something! I am writhing this review as to let others know that not all customers are treated equally. Especially at this location as I saw first hand. When your at the highest level with Bonvoy at 287 nights in 1.5 years. Hate places that take care of customers pick and choose. I guess it does not pay to be a Titanium member maybe it pays to be attractive to the service man at the front desk. 1* all the way especially to TRE for being bias to one customer vs another.
Great service, Tre had some of the best customer service. From the time we got here he has been wonderful to work with. We even had a bit of a hiccup with the room and he was right there to take care of everything. Completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tre for everything. Marriott should take car of this young man, he has what every service industry needs. Great job!
If you have to come to Wichita Falls, this is the place to stay. Perfectly located for dinners, one of the few hotels with a bar/grill. The breakfast and dinner were reasonably priced and very good. And you can't be the happy hour drink specials in the lounge. 10/10
