Cove at Heatherwilde Senior Apartments, Pflugerville TX

My wife and I have lived at the Cove at Heatherwilde for 1.5 years. We enjoy the friendly staff and our neighbors. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly to any of our requests. What makes it really unique is the single level 4 unit cotages with no stairs. This is a community that we highly recommend.

We have lived here for 4 years and it’s been a great community of friendly, supportive neighbors. It’s been great for us meeting friends and loving a quiet life with seniors like ourselves.

My aunt has lived here for a bit and after a visit I just have to say this place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and always so helpful and there when you need them! The property itself is quiet, beautiful and feels as if you are living in the country with the deer and the rabbits that wander around.all in all a great place to live!

This place has gone downhill, they don't fix anything the units look very old from the inside. The appliances are too old as well.
They also have snakes and rats on the property.
The assistant manager, Fabiola is very rude and obnoxious.
Stay away from this place.

My mother in law has lived there a long time. It USED TO be nice. Ever since a new owner has taken over, the place has gone downhill. Nothing gets repaired and the office staff is horrible! They are unhelpful, rude, and full of excuses. We can't wait to get her out of there! If you are looking to move there or looking for a loved one, I would definitely go somewhere else.

My mom moved here a year ago and it has been excellent. The office staff was so helpful when I started the process for my mom. Since she has lived here it has been nothing but wonderful. The maintenance crew are very polite and quick response times. I couldn't be happier with this community and I'm glad to see the activities starting to resume. Thanks for everything yall do.

Residents are an active bunch with several activities to choose from. Everything from early morning coffee, card games, crafts, and gardening.
The staff really. Care about the residents, they are courteous and friendly.

I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

I would not recommend this location. My mother cleaned the apartment after she moved out. Very well might I add. She was only there for 6 months and they applied her deposit to cleaning. Only after she has called several times and was told that it was being processed almost 2 months later. No Deposit Refund

I have had a pleasent, albeit lengthy, transition from Nevada to Pflugerville, Tx.
The apartments are very quaint, one story fourplexes (no one upstairs), the manager Jolene Shannon and
Asst Manager Fabiola Serrano really made me feel welcome. Due to Covid-19, the activities are suspended for now, but there are many. There is a monthly newsletter, an on site Social Worker, Salon for hair.etc (see web page) and beautiful grounds.
All in all, I made the right choice, and I'm close to my 2 (of 3) son's and 17mo old Grandson.so, get on the wait list, and them "Bonnie" said hi

Awesome management would recommend to any Senior. Staff is so professional and looks out for the best interest of their residents. I feel that my parents are safe and well looked out for at this Senior apartments. Management gave us a great tour of their clean facilities and were very accommodating. Love the hair salon on premises and the fact that management is looking out for their needs.

My father-in-law has lived here for over 8 years. It's a very well kept community. The seniors have access to food pantry services, Meals On Wheels direct delivery, and a social worker that helps residents navigate the complex issues of getting older. Staff works closely with local law enforcement, EMS, and the fire department in an effort to assist in providing a safe environment for the residents.

The staff is not welcoming or accommodating. They only seemed concerned about the bottom dollar, not the residents who, for many, have extremely limited income. My dad has lived here 11 yrs. The current manager & staff are demanding another significant monthly increase, which my dad can not afford. They would rather him move out than work to accommodate his needs. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
