Coventry & Gattis A/C, Inc., Grapevine TX

We have had a long term relationship with Coventry & Gattis. I have never been disappointed with anything they've ever done from bi-annual checkups to a heat pump replacement. They answer all my questions, are fairly priced and know their business. Their prime purpose is to take care of us, not to sell us something.

Almost 2 years ago I became their member where they promised me they will come out twice a year to perform maintenance on my units I own three houses they have not called or made any appointments with me for the past two years and they have been taking money out of my account every month for the three houses I have been so busy with every day life that I just came to the realization that they are taking money out each month and never scheduling for the 6 months maintenance.

Very professional and friendly. Work was ‘top-drawer’. I won’t hesitate to call again for any work.

Gregg did a fine job and quickly, during the window provided. He even switched our 2nd unit's filter and location so they'll update it in future too. One less thing to buy and maintain!

Buck came out and repaired our upstairs system. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing and is a very polite young man. Buck has done a great job for us each time he has been out to our home!

Coventry & Gattis has been great to deal with since the first time we called. After experiencing the "used car salesman" from a different company, we called them and the experiencing was as far from that as could be. We were given reasonable options with no attempt on up-selling us on something we didn't need. Installation went off without any issues, and we've been using the maintenance package ever since. The service techs that come are always prompt and professional, as well as friendly which is often overlooked in importance. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Coventry & Gattis, specifically Terek A, are reliable, reasonable, and always competent. Terek explains so you can make educated decisions. Things haven’t always gone without issue, what’s important is when there was an issue they responded and fixed it at my convenience not theirs!

They took care of my request in record time. Buck was courteous, explained everything he was doing and was able to get my a/c up and running. Coventry and Gattis has taken great care of me throughout the years!

Our AC went out Friday about 3: 00pm. I never dreamed we would get it fixed the same day but Coventry an6d Gattis sent Buck and he had our AC up and running by 5: 30. I've used C&G for over 20 years because they always do a great job.

We noticed our A/C wasn’t working on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. We panicked a little bit. We called Coventry. An technician was at our house within 30 minutes. The problem was quickly identified and resolved. The excellent tech didn’t stop there. He performed a thorough check of our system to make sure everything was ok.

Very nice, knowledgeable, and also very helpful and friendly. They called back the very next morning to schedule for 12-3 pm the same day and repaired the a/c within a few minutes. In this heat, I’m very grateful to have cool air again! Thanks again, Cedric!

Great response, had a tech out in a day during TX heat. Gregg was friendly and professional and had us up and running in no time.
Little costly for repair, but considering all of the above it was worth it.

Great company and great technician. Being in the HVAC controls business, I know a little about HVAC. I pretty much knew what the problem was and it was great to see an honest company make an accurate diagnosis and repair. Would send them to any friend.

Buck was very knowledgeable about explaining the problem to me, and patient because I ask a lot of questions. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed, and he tested the unit after he finished working on the problem to be sure it was operating properly.

As per all previous services from full system install, upgrade duct flow bypass and all things heating I have used no other service. Business has changed hands 3 times in the last 40 years and the professional quality has never faltered in that time.
