When I moved into my apartment, the first thing that I saw was the clear signs of a roach infestation after my landlord switched my unit last second. In addition to merely just seeing the roaches while we were moving and unpacking, there were also roach droppings in the cabinets and on the electrical outlets. Tons of them too. The first thing I said when I saw the roaches and their droppings was "this apartment is infested" and I called my landlord. My landlord sent over coverall, where the "professional" treating my apartment assured me that he didn't think there was an infestation.

(Spoiler alert: the apartment WAS infested. Not sure why the "professionals" at coverall couldn't figure that out, considering it took me (a layman) one single look to accurately make that determination)

Our first treatment was back in July. I've since had my apartment treated over a dozen times, including 1 roach clean out over the course of 6.5 months. Coverall hasn't even reduced the number of roaches. If I was a betting man, I'd wager there were now MORE roaches than I did initially. Coverall comes every 2 weeks, and it's all for absolutely nothing other than to waste my time and the landlord's money.

To add insult to injury, I am constantly being pressured to do YET ANOTHER roach clean out, which involves me moving all of the stuff out of the cabinets in the kitchen and moving all of the furniture 2 feet away from the wall. Failure to adequately prep the apartment results in a $25 fine (and yes, they require that you sign a form agreeing to this). I am constantly being told that "it's not a lot of work to prep for a clean out" - if that were the case, why don't you do it? And why am I being charged $25 if you show up and it's not prepped? If it's not a lot of work, then what's the issue?

Well it IS a lot of work. The last time that I had to do a roach clean out, it took me a full day to prep. When it finally came time, I had to leave the house for 4 hours with an angry cat in the middle of a scorching hot day in August on my birthday. I was willing to do this with the understanding that I would return to a roach-free apartment, however, when I came back there was NO reduction in the number of roaches AT ALL. It took me another day to unpack everything, so I basically spent my entire birthday weekend packing and unpacking all of my possessions for absolutely nothing. Now, if the "clean out" they did actually worked AT ALL the first time they did it, maybe I would be more willing to do another clean out. But I'm not even convinced they even treated my unit or did anything at all. They told me that it could take up to 2 weeks for the treatment to take full effect, but nothing ever happened. Nothing at all. After reading the reviews of other people at my apartment, there are people complaining they had to do a clean out 7 (S-E-V-E-N) TIMES!

Idk about you, but I'm not going to pack/unpack all of my possessions SEVEN TIMES.

I'm going to do exactly what I should have done MONTHS ago and bug bomb my apartment, despite the recommendations of these "professionals". I was warned against this and was told it would be "counter-productive", yet they couldn't tell me how. I'm reasonably sure that by "counter-productive" they mean it would dip into their profits if I actually resolved the issue and they didn't have to come every 2 weeks and spray on my landlord's dime.

You had 1 job. I gave you over 6 months to do it, and you failed. I'm done wasting my time. I'm now going to be taking my neighbor's advice and will be using a Bengal spray and a fogger. Because guess what? My neighbor sprayed the cracks in their apartment and used 1 fogger 1 time, and they haven't seen any roaches in their apartment for weeks. I can't even go a few hours without seeing one after multiple treatments from the "professionals".

Do you want to pay for dozens of treatments, constantly pack/repack, move furniture and still have roaches? Then this is the company for you. Otherwise, I'd suggest you just bug bomb and move on with your life.

HORRIBLE Unprofessional, lacked knowledge and response time to my pest issues! There's some $hitty pest companies around but this one is THE WORST I DO NOT RECOMMEND these Yahoos!
