Very impressed with service consultant, Andrew Schoenbeck. He went beyond what would be expected to reserve a rental car for me after I had much difficulty hearing on the phone. He also predicted the issue I had with my CEL and delivered as promised. I will ask for him in the future.

I spent almost 2 grand and 3 weeks on my wifes Tahoe at a different garage. When they couldn't give me a straight diagnosis (after the first fix failed miserably) and needed another week with the vehicle, I "bit the bullet" and took it to Coverts (where we bought it). Within 2 hours of dropping it off, I had a diagnosis of the issue and a quote for fixing it. We drove it home with no more issues the following evening. Effrim was a great communicator and his follow through, and service was impeccable. Going forward, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I showed up just wanting to look at a car and ended leaving with one. I loved the people who I worked with, they are kind and professional. My only complaint was a sales person was being just that, when I was ready to walk away and head home they made offer after offer and got me. Other than that, loved it.
