My pregnant wife went to pick up a medication and they told her to wait 10 minutes which became more than 1 hour and a half. For me, so many people waiting are very incompetent and it takes a long time to serve them.

Walgreen is not my favorite store and today I confirmed that the service here is lousy. I asked Mrs. Juana, the manager, to solve a situation and she had an inadequate attitude and she did not solve it for me. My question is how do you have a person in a management position who cannot manage customer service and provide solutions to incidents. Put some competent people to work!
