I can't possibly say enough good about Tonya, we bought our home sight unseen from 2,000 miles away when the home market was going absolutely insane. She saved us thousands by sharing her honest knowledge of the market and property values, even when homes were selling for $100k+ over asking. Even during that hectic time, Tonya was always right on top of EVERYTHING and made us feel like we were her only clients. She video called us to show us around the house, always kept us in the loop with pictures of repairs being done and updates during the whole buying process from start to finish. Tonya Jarvis is a GEM! We were buying long distance. She went out of her way to send video and photos of the places we were interested in. She made sure all the inspections and some repairs were done. She made the closing as easy as possible, again long-distnce. And she was a huge help in giving advice familiarizing us with our new town. She is the BEST realtor we have ever had!
