I spoke with these bondsmen about bonding out my brother and we had an arrangement over the phone that i confirmed several times, when it was time to proceed they changed their mind about the money arrangement and asked much a much higher price, they asked for the full bond instead of the usual 10% and there was no good reason at all,

Every time i called i was put on hold for so long when I specifically mentioned i was calling from overseas, the information shared is always mixed up no consistency at all or reliability, they are extremely frustrating and all they care about is money, nothing else is considered. Extremely unprofessional. So many losses because of them already.

Place is absolutely trash and doesn't deserve 1 star. They will surprise you with extra fees and abunch of bs. The old review rating is from previous ownership! ADVOID THIS PLACE!

This is THE WORST BOND COMPANY YOU CAN USE! They charge you thousands extra not even discussed when you go to bond someone out, they make sure to leave that out. The bond was $5000 and ended up paying $8000 in total. Never late on a payment and payed it off in less than 6 months and still was charged over $3000 extra. They did not mention this nor was this on the paperwork! They definitely steal your money. Not including the App they make you pay $15 extra a month for to check in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Called in quoted me $460 drove 30min to get here and to get quoted $782 for "state fees" BS I used y'all not long ago was not charge that much. When speaking to someone over the phone tell them the whole amount. Thanks for wasting my time and gas! Would rate negative stars but I can't.

I put up bond money filled out a bunch of papers then they want a cosigner, then they want all the paperwork again

This place is a rip off. They took my money, lied and said they posted bond for 2 duncanville tickets two weeks ago. The warrants are still there and they have not posted the bond til this day. Randoll the owner refuses to give me my money back. All this time he kept blaming Dallas county. Lies! I just want my money back and will not be recommending them to anyone. Don’t trust this company!

Lying bastards. Swindling people out their money! Harrassed me all day to come in to bail someone out. Take my 300$ then turn around and say the need 3000$. Scamming liars!

I don't know anyone who wants to be in the situation where they need a bail bondsman. But, if you ever find yourself in a Dallas County "predicament" securing you a reservation for an extended stay at the Lew Sterrett bed and breakfast.then I think you probably need a cowboy in your life before lunch. Call Cowboy Bail Bond to get your early check out. Then simply Boot Scoot across the street for a tip of the Hat and a shake of the hand of the cowboy or cowgirl that returned you to the Free World. Simply fill out a little bit of paperwork let them snap a selfie and you're on your way did drift along with the tumbling tumbleweeds. But, might I recommend that you pause take a deep breath blow it out slowly then Ponder the details as to why they insisted that you insisted that you stay with them in Dallas County. Perhaps refrain from those behaviors that will book you another reservation.

I am currently using them. With th exception of some Corp. People, 2 that I can speak of. The service has been great. The Riverfront location is (A1) in my book.

These guys are top notch! They are there to help when you have a family member or friend in need. The owners and staff truly care about helping which is very uncommon in this business.

Literally if I could give No stars I would. First in foremost they are verrrryyyy slow with getting the defendant out! You are given the run around.told they will call back they do not NEVER CALL BACK. I've paid bond about 9 pm yesterday and we are at 8am and I'm being told now that I will need to call back at 8: 30am for a manager approval on my bail.this averagely would not be upsetting had I not been told every two hours through the night it was being reviewed with management. They are busy but not busy enough to be as slow as they are in the Dallas office. They are on the expensive side and charge interest with payment plans of at least 200 extra if the full bail amount they quote is not paid within 24 hours. They will work with you on the bond amount but they do not have a lot of wiggle room and if you have a case that may need to be reviewed by management and your defendant was arrested on the evening you will have to wait to at least the next day for their review to be completed and resolved. Dallas county jail is slow but they are slower in my book. I'm at a point now where I'm ready to take my business elsewhere because I could only imagine how having them on this bond is going to go. Wish me luck but I would not recommend them at all. This place looks nice and professional but it's TOTALLY OPPOSITE. BEWARE I was also told they don't review if your bond will be approved till after you have paid them money.what a freaking rip off.yeah whatever you do DONT GO HERE it's too many others on that street

Only rating it because this is more of a loan place. They make you give them your whole life story pretty much and still wont let you bond your loved one out. They told me to bring in the whole amount of the bond to them. It was a joke

Tell you one price then tell you another. Are they cant help you. Scammers. Are they want you to put you home up for collateral. On a $20,000 bond. Beware. Go to E Z Bonding right down the street. Had no problems.

This place is great. Very sympathetic staff that understand the difficulties of life. They offer great rates and they are not as aggressive as most bail bondsman. Very understanding and will make a deal to help you out. They are efficient at what they do. Willing to work with almost anybody. They will have your loved one out in a flash
