I want to warn anyone needing laundry dry cleaned not to come here.
The ladies at the front were so sweet and helpful.whoever cleans the clothes in the back messed up 3 pair of our suit pants with a double crease, and did not get food stains off of the pants. They also got oil on one dress shirt from the machines (they did fix the shirt thankfully) When I brought the items back they fixed it for free, however the pants were lost and when I got them back they still had a spot from the food and a partial double crease on one leg. The lady told me so he was sorry and was really nice but that doesn’t fix the problem. I just want to warn people ahead of time to know what they’re getting into.

I used this place 1 time & they failed me! I dropped off my daughter's JROTC uniform & the pins that were removed were "lost" for close to 2 weeks, noone seemed to be on the same page as to what was going on. I received only 1 follow up call in which I called back & was not followed up with their after. I finally showed back up in person about 2 weeks later only to find that the pins were stapled to the garment bag 5 hangers or so behind the uniform that was dry cleaned the whole time! If people would have read the ticket & had better communication I would've had my items when I had returned the 1st time. This whole situation could've been handled better! I don't think I'd trust this particular location with anything that important anymore! Lesson learned!

This is our go to place for all our drying cleaning needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Deliveries are never on time and they tend to skip drop off dates. My work pays for my dry cleaner but I rather just do it at home.

The best place to go when you need excellent service

I have been using Cowboy Cleaners for over 10 years now, and they are simply the best. I have short arms so all my suit jackets I bring in to be altered and they make it right every time. Thanks a bunch! I highly recommend!

Your Blanco store is the worst dry cleaners I've ever experienced. I was a first time customer who just moved into the area and Joe @ Blanco store is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I think only knows how to say, "we go by the label. " today I picked up my items, 2 pairs of jeans (cotton!) that I had asked to be laundered and starched (not uncommon at all in Texas), they came back dry-cleaned and when I said I asked them to be laundered and starched all Joe could say was "they go by the label. " my jeans are not dry clean only and when mentioned this to Joe he said they go by the label. I have never had anyone treat me with such disregard and attempt to make me feel so incompetent.
