7The older lady working the counter on 2/20/23. IS TERRIBLE.the worst attitude I have encountered at a business in along time. NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. THERE'S ANOTHER PLACE AROUND THE CORNER I WILL USE. With so many DRY Cleaning places In Dayton I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD EMPHASIZE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND MAD ABOUT THIS.this lady should never be allowed to talk to customers
Had a mishap with a glass of tea on a very blush colored dress and I was so afraid it wouldn't come out but the ladies here were great! No more tea stains.
Love, love, love! The company is awesome! Even during the pandemic we get our clothes back on time! They offer a same day service the cost is exceptional. Friendly staff! Awesome cleaners!
Customer for 12 years, around 4 years ago I noticed them skimming on starch. Less and less everytime. So I stopped going but every now and then try to give them another chance. Last time folks. I have given many chances. If you dont care about the thoughts of a 12 year customer the future of this place looks bleak.
Ok, this all may seem crazy but after reading all the negative reviews I decided I would still give them a try. Glad I did, I am Vet that has been holding on to his patches for the greater part of 15 years and finally decided to put them on a Carhart jacket. The results from Cowboy Cleaners in Dayton were absolutely amazing and I am beyond satisfied. The staff was quite pleasant and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Not sure what may have happened before with others, but I would say it's worth a second chance. Or like in my case, a first.
I love how they have good service they’re very funny and friendly people there so I will recommend to come here
I will NEVER use this place again! Gave them simple instructions that were on the paper when I received my items back and they couldn’t even follow them. Spoke with the manager and she basically told me it was my fault and they would give me my $7 back after they just ruined a $80 brand new shirt that I now can’t take back and exchange!
