4 I give them a 2/5 because they are polite, and they did try with my uniform. I know military alterations can be difficult, but I had to send my uniforms back 3 separate times. Finally, after my fourth time coming to pick them up and still being done improperly, I decided to just cut my losses and now I have to take them elsewhere to get fixed. Probably Joey's taylor is Garland or Diamond alterations in Rowlett. I gave specific instructions of the placement for the items I needed altered, to include the regulation, my phone number, and even offered to send a picture to act as a guide. After my third time having to send it back, they did take a photo for reference but it was still incorrect.
So all in all, not happy and out some money. But again, they are very polite and will try to help out. But for military personnel needing alterations on military uniforms, you will probably need to look elsewhere.
I spent over $50 to get my jacket dry cleaned only to get it back damaged. It’s going to cost more to get this repaired. Thanks Cowboy Cleaners *sarcasm added*
Just had my entire home cleaned to get ready for this weekend's open house. The two gals from Cowboy Cleaners did a fantastic job from the blinds/windows to the floors and everything in between. They even spoke English! Very pleased with the cleaning!
Love this place. Had to use another dry cleaner in a pinch and was NOT impressed. Next time I’ll just wait for cowboys to be open. ️️️️️
