No pressure.just the facts and no BS at this Harley dealership. I got a no-contact COVID-safe look at the new electric ride, and they even pair up on another bike to offer test rides.

Five stars. They earned it for honesty, being open and friendly, and thoughtful service.

Update: Harley Davidson is going anti-customer and pro-money especially with the current situation. Just be aware you're overpaying for a low quality bike and lower service. Stay away from these thieves and opportunists when you can. They will take advantage of you when you ask for assistance. Better bikes and better values out there. Stay away from wannabe-cool-names like "wild-something". Just really bad experiences from HD and this "Cowboy"

Amazing place. Brian bussemey the service manager is as good as they get. Went in for a basic service and was not disappointed any step of the way. Everyone of the staff exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I would not hesitate to come back here again. Make sure you ask for Brian he will take great care of you.

Great place. Comfortable waiting area while the folks fix or do regular maintenance on your motorcycle.

I'm sure all of us bikers would love to have the pros work on our bikes. But for me my budget forces me to work on my own.
Knowledge is everything thank you soo much again for helping me out.
And yes i was able to remove the fork lock on my Streetbob.

I had the best experience with Cowboy Harley when my son wrecked my 08 Night Train. Within hours of the bike be wrecked, a representative from Cowboy had called me and explained the process. Not only did they fix my bike, 6K worth of damage, but they managed to save me money off my deductible. The bike is running and looking great.

Always helpful. I brought a bike from there that had a minor problem that turned out to be much more problematic than originally thought. They took the bike in made all repairs free of charge and made sure it was done right. You don't find service like that anymore. I would defiantly buy from there again. Extremely satisfyied with them. Thanks again yo their service department

I took the motorcycle rider course with Rick & Keenan. I signed up without ever driving a motorcycle before. I was amazed with how much I learned on the first day on the course! Bikes are easy to handle and they instructors make it fun to ride.

Although, I did not appreciate having to ask the service writer multiple times not to wash my bike due to aftermarket speakers in my saddle bag lids and even after asking them not to wash it they still washed the entire bike and not just where they worked on it. Other than that issue great service department. ”
