THE place to work out in the Dallas area! Elite facility, equipment and staffing. Work out like a Cowboy! Also, you must try the sauna and recovery options as well as the group fitness classes to take your workout to an all-pro level! The Star gets 5 stars from me!

This is a MUST place! I’m visiting from Florida for an event staying at the Omni. The staff here at Cowboys Fit is friendly, quick & efficient. All clean & up to date equipment. I especially enjoyed my time during this weeks visit to the “Recovery Lounge” is THE BEST I have been blown away by the infra sauna options - top notch. Plenty of space and choices to have a private room or public. The staff was AMAZING!

The equipment is good quality and operational. Its location at the Star makes it a special experience.

GREAT gym and people at the front desk. Uplifting motivating place to workout in Frisco. Like with anything I suppose, if i was looking for something to complain about I could find, Oh, I keep forgetting my locker combination number, and sometimes I get sore after a hard workout. Super place to work out, classes very good and the pool on the roof is fun in the summer.

Very disappointed. Wanted to love it, but couldn't.

How would you feel paying over ONE THOUSAND a month for three months straight for personal training and instead of losing weight and toning up, you GAIN weight (FAT) and lose Muscle!? And that is after working out 5 days a week and maintaining a stringent diet that your quote-on-quote 'elite' trainer laid out for you-A trainer, who is in their 20s and completely full of themselves with less than five years of experience.

Wish I could say that the lackluster personal training results were a one-off phenomenon, but no, my husband also had the same outcome with the trainer. Gained fat and lost muscle.
The gym bills itself as an elite fitness facility, but do not be fooled. All they are doing is trading on the Cowboy's name, which is probably licensed. Yes, the gym is big and looks upscale, however, the machines are poorly maintained and the overall cleanliness of the facility leaves a lot to be desired.

If there are any billing issues, it is a complete nightmare to clear up. They put me down for the wrong start date and kept on billing me a week earlier than they should for three months straight, and that is after alerting them to the issue the first month, the second month, and the third month,   and them promising they will take care of it. All they do is point the finger at a different department as if it is up to you to go chase down the right person. I have better things to do, as I am sure you do too.

The staff and management just do not care about customer service. They will tell you one thing to your face, something else over the phone, and a different story in writing. They will feign ignorance and amnesia when questioned. No one knows what anyone is doing and no one keeps track.

Management is totally lacking and there is no supervision. There is no reporting. When it comes to the trainers, it is just a money grab. What makes them qualified? The online classes that they took? Or the amount of time that they spent at the gym? There is no set regime and no one looks over the program that the trainers put you on. The terminology used is not even industry standard. The trainer suggested that my husband needs at least 420 grams of protein and 350 grams of carbs per day. That may sound fine in and of itself,  but the only way for you to attain that is by consuming over 4 THOUSAND calories a day, at the bare minimum.  I was only interested in the gym for the personal training that they offer.

When we brought up a billing issue, that the front desk told us to take it up with the personal trainer. He said that he will take care of it. Half an hour later, when we were on our way home, he abruptly 'broke up" with us by text message. Very unprofessional and cowardly to say the least. We were left high and dry, all the while thinking that he actually cared. The poor results were not from the lack of effort of the client, but the poor knowledge and qualification of the trainer. He doesn't know what he still doesn't know.

Signed up for the pass and tour. Was contacted by Roni immediately given a sales pitch to pay $200 now to sign-up and to purchase personal training and cryo.

There was no introduction and I haven't seen the gym yet. Like no people skills just guve them your money site unseem. This reminds me of why I left Lifetime, there you get a sales pitch every day multiple times during your workout. Not interested in siging up for a similar situation.

I was also looking into equinox. They had people skills and understood what I was looking for before doing a sales pitch. Will most likely will go with them.

I have been going to this gym for nearly 3 years now. Staff is wonderfull and gym is in a nice area.
I have been trying to stay patient with them, but for the last 3 months there had been several machines that have been broken including power plate machine that I heavily depended on based on my sore body from my workouts. I brought this up to some if the people in the front they said the parts are missing.
Either way. I think they need to replace many machines as they are broken and old, for the time being they have not made any improvements to the gym or the machines in the last 3 years and they are happy to charge me my annual fee + monthly fees. I hope this reaches a higher management as this gym is great but needs some improvements.

Been working out for around three months now, about 6 times a week and have had an awesome experience all around. There are many free classes you can browse and book if you install the Cowboys Fit app, a lot of equipment, punching bags, kettlebells, tires, ropes, a large variety of cardio machines, weight machines, elastic bands, boxes and dumbbells! The staff is very nice and helpful always. Towels are provided as well as nice bathrooms with saunas, showers and lockers. There is also an area for having a protein shake or quick meal and buying some supplements. They have many events each month and bring a friend's day each month. Overall it has been a motivating experience and you can walk around and enjoy the whole Cowboys theme and venues. 10/10.

Club is really dirty consistently now. There are no towels, paper towels, trash and towel bins overflowing on the floor and they have no staff that truly cares. Time to find another option in Frisco/Plano.

As a cowboys fan, this was amazing! The facility is incredible and the vibes make you seem like you are part of the team with all their branding on there. You have to check it out!

Thought my wife was overreacting when she asked to cancel our membership here stating the gym is misogynistic. Then today I overhear a male trainer with a ponytail telling two other trainers that a female (Mexican with glasses as he referred to her) was struggling on a workout and he thought or may have even said, “I’m going to put a finger in it. ” Couldn’t believe it and I’m disgusted right now to still be associated to this gym.

Few more days until my membership is up. Think I’ll pass on coming back here to finish it out.

Trenton did an excellent job! He gave us an in-depth guided tour of the entire facility. All I can say is holy smokes this place is very clean and extremely fancy!

It’s the most superb gym. I genuinely love it. Amazing equipment, the staff is always friendly, helpful, wonderful customer service, clean and organized. It’s my favorite gym ever (and I’ve been to many)

Good luck getting a refund when they overcharge you. The management cannot handle this whatsoever. Hours are awful and they will kick you out and pick up your equipment 30 minutes before closing.

I wonder if Fit is going to close at the Star? The men's locker is terrible dirty all the time, lockers/showers aren't cleaned, 7 towels available at 4PM today, paper towels in 3 of 7 containers, hair ball in shower 3 since Monday. The busiest day of the week and no cleaning crew. Of course, they haven't had Kleenex's avail the past month or more. It's a common joke with my friends on how many tread mills will be out of order. It is very clear Fit has been hurt by The Cowboys Club upstairs dropping the membership coverage for members. Fit should probably concentrate on improving its facilities and cleaning before opening up new locations. Just saying

No thank you to Ashley getting up in my face explaining to me what a waiver is…Yes, I know. Thank for the info and hope you enjoyed your power trip instead of welcoming and inviting to tour the faculty. My friend felt very uncomfortable and won’t be joining.
