Leslie, Kathie, Elise, Josh, Kevin, and Natalie are amazing! They all work different positions but have customer service!

The facility is hardly ever packed! I love it here because they provide towels, have an outdoor workout area, have a sauna and a steam room, jacuzzi and a pool!?

If you’re into recovery they have cryo, hydro massage, compression for your legs and an Evolt if you’re into knowing your body fat percentage and want to macro count your food.

The best gym I’ve ever seen. You can workout inside or outside. Since I don’t like people, I’M OUTSIDE!

Viviana was my personal trainer. She was awesome! She was patient, very knowledgeable, and very good at giving instructions on the exercises and good body mechanics. I would definitely recommend her for an excellent personal trainer!

Great gym awesome equipment something for everyone will saw the get really busy so sometimes hard to get on certain machines or a sweat rack but it's a awesome gym

Cameron is the best trainer I've ever met. He is not just teaching me how to use machines like other trainers I know. He provides sophisticated, personalized programs for me. He has a strategy that will improve your health significantly. The Gym is very clean and staffs are kind and welcoming.

Amazing machine's, staff and experience well worth it. I get a 10 min hydro massage before I workout ;) best feeling before a hard workout at 6: 30am

I love this gym. It is very clean and the staff is lovely, especially Elise from the front desk. She is always so professional, helpful and always welcoming.

It’s a newer gym so the new equipment is nice. The outdoor area is the best part. It’s a little pricey, but may be worth it to some folks. Staff wasn’t very helpful to me. The sauna didn’t seem sanitary and smelled. Men and women have to share it. Its an average gym

Massive gym. Bought a day pass to this gym for $20, well worth it! As a Cowboys fan from Arlington Texas I can't be happier with the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend anyone to check it out.

If you want to train this is the place. Options are vast the gym is huge and the staff is friendly and helpful. Does it hurt as a Saints fan to stare at all that Cowboys memorabilia? Absolutely! But it just drives me to push harder on the last sets.

Beware, guest pass is not free, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have never been to a cowboy fit before and I was pretty excited, now I no longer feel the need

Bad bad.no pays servicio a los employees i have months and yet I have not received my payment the owner of the big liar has me with pretexts of payment is the time and still does not pay me hidden behind the such songi so that I do not pay, charlatan is not just me we are several employees who do not pay us, pagans and leave you under pretext

This is a great gym with new equipment and a variety of amenities but since the janitorial lady for the women's locker room quit, the shower area smell like a SWAMP.there's black mold in all the shower stalls, trash, and hair from WEEKS of accumulation. Listen, yall need to pour BLEACH down the drains bc something is growing down there and someone is going to get marine life type illness in their lungs from breathing it in. Posting anonymously for obvious reasons but I am a member and other wise it's a great gym but pls clean.
