10/10! Lauren and leannza were so sweet and helpful every step of the way! Doctor Cox was super professional and answered all of my questions. My results were above and beyond what I could even imagine! The whole process was so easy and fast I could not be more obsessed with my results.

Dr. Cox is AMAZING! From his dedication to perfection to his bedside manner, no complaints! After much research I decided to have Brachioplasty (Arm Lift). I interviewed 7 surgeons and found Dr. Cox to be the most knowledgeable about current techniques and scar placement. I live in Austin. He and his staff went out of their way to accommodate my need for virtual appointments. They are all available at most hours of the day to answer any questions and concerns I have.
I am 8 weeks out from surgery and my scar is perfectly straight and it actually beautifully accents my bicep muscles. Watching the progression is stunning!

Absolutely loved everything about Dr. Cox and staff. From first consultation to last post op appointment. All question were always answered by either Dr Cox or his nurse or other staff, I had a medial thigh lift in November 2022 with no problems. I did exactly what Dr Cox told me to do. I had very little pain and was on ibuprofen after 24 hours. I was up walking the next day. I would recommend Dr. Cox highly. I did research for over a year and talked to a few others doctors before I chose Dr. Cox. I’m happy with my results. 68 and feeling great!

I cannot thank Dr. Cox enough for the amazing work he did on my bbl, it is absolute perfection. He was extremely thorough in explaining the procedure and after care, putting me at ease from the beginning. Leanza and Elaina are the best!
