They worked with us to meet our schedule and Larry came in to install our automatic fireplace remote. Larry was quick and thorough and took the time to show us how to operate our system. Thank you Cozy comfort now we can enjoy our outdoor fireplace this fall.

Awesome experience from choosing the gas logs to the installation. Chris was extremely thorough when explaining everything about the different types and styles of logs.

The install crew was amazing too. Explained everything and did a great job. Our fireplace looks amazing and we are excited to use it this fall and winter!

The gentleman who showed up to install our gas fire logs did an amazing job! These logs are beautiful and look very real. I’m also excited that the short time they were on we could definitely feel the heat coming off them. (It was 90° outside so we didn’t leave them in long.)

The team was knowledgeable, explained features in simple terms that were easy to understand, and were not high pressure. When the scheduled installation team was delayed, plan B was used and installation was completed.

This was a great experience. Chris, Travis, and Larry worked with us on a few scope changes and perfected everything. Chris stayed an hour late to talk with us when we unknowingly showed up 5 minutes before they closed and didn’t say a word the entire hour. I just happened to notice the store hours on the way out. Excellent customer service the entire time. This is an easy referral to my clients and friends.

We had a great experience with Cozy outdoor escapes. We purchased an outdoor kitchen, with a had grill and Primo grill for charcoal and smoking.

The entire experience far beat our expectations, especially with all the issues currently going on with construction.

The construction crews that included masons and electricians were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I can’t tell you how important communication is to us, and for some reason that had become a rarity. That is not the case with Cozy, they over communicated and did what they committed to do.on time! Again, a rarity.

We even got an indoor fireplace that the wife wanted because of the customer service.

Highly recommended. A+ job Chris and team. I just wish you built pools!

Walking in their door, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. I explained what I was looking for and I was immediately given some options. I made my choice, we set up a time for installation, and when it was time, my project was completed in a short time. Couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Cozy Outdoor Escapes did a great job. They were prompt and on time. They left my backyard area clean each evening after work, something most other builders and contractors miss. Our outdoor kitchen is exactly what we wanted!

Chris and his team were outstanding to work with. They are polite, friendly and use quality products. We needed help finishing our fire pit and Chris completed the job very quickly. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: last year after the freeze this company went above and beyond by assisting me with a broken pipe! They didn’t have to but they did anyway. I GREATLY appreciated! Great customer service and quality of work. Highly recommended.

We were looking at propane inserts for the fireplace in our new home. We liked the selection of products they had to offer. The sales lady spent a great deal of time explaining the different styles and materials of their inserts to my wife and I. We weren’t able to install a insert because of some issues that the propane installer brought up. However in the future if we get the issues worked out we will definitely be giving our business to Cozy outdoors

I very rarely leave a review but felt I had to due to the experience I just had at this place of business. My wife and I wanted to purchase a ceramic log insert so decided to visit. We got there and another couple were there being assisted by one of the salesman. We are patient and understand with only one person there we would have to wait. I work in retail so completely understand we have to be patient and looked at the literature they had and the setups they have there. What made me really upset is that no acknowledgement was given at all. Not a hello, be there as soon as I can or a nod was given to us. I'm not sure if we looked as if we would be a waste of time but I know I won't be giving this place any business and just hope they can learn from my experience and not repeat this type of behavior.

They did a great job in all aspects of the job; design, need assessment, installation and training. I didn't price compare because I felt the showroom and professionalism of Travis and the staff put me at ease. I would recommend this company. Price tag was a little hefty for me but quality is fantastic! I absolutely love the Primo. If I had it to do over I wouldn't have put in a grill only the Primo.
