CPAP Store Dallas reviews
10I came by yesterday and sorry you had to close a little early due to a family emergency. I’m glad you were available this morning, and boy am I happy I came in, y’all had everything. I really appreciate the owner, Thomas, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a number of recommendations on my setup to make it easier to sleep. I’m coming back here every time I’m in Dallas. Thanks Thomas!
Great sore and employees, I was fortunate enough to get there on a Saturday. Issac helped me and was awesome, he knows all the products and did an amzing job.thanks again.
I was trying to find a place I could walk in and buy the mask I needed, since going through insurance takes forever and I needed it fast. I called a bunch of other medical supply and CPAP stores in the area first and most of them you ended up not even talking to the store but rather a call center. The employee I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to come in and buy what I needed with ease! They were also very up front about how they don't file with insurance so I knew that right away. It's also great how they have all the masks on display on foam heads so you can see how they look on, not just in the package.
I love this store! Highly recommended! Staff is highly knowledgeable and the store has their own brand biosphere machine! So done with the major carriers partnered with my insurance who have the worst customer service ever! I love going in person to get my supplies and not dealing with trying to get refunds for shipments that never arrived. They take has/fsa.
My wife and I went to the CPAP store in Dallas. My wife had no experience with CPAP machines and their operation. I had previous experience with a CPAP machine. Issac was able to answer all of our questions. I especially liked the fact that after viewing all of the displayed CPAP masks, I was given a fitting for the mask that I liked the best. I also took photos of all of the products needed for my new CPAP machine. The CPAP Store had everything I needed. I took photos of each item for future reference. The filters, masks, replacement silicone nose pad breathing adapter, spare humidifier tanks, CPAP disinfectors and wipes. I highly recommend the CPAP store. Issac was very professional and knowledgeable. He took all of the time necessary to give us the correct answer to ensure that we fully understood everything necessary to replace whatever components of my CPAP that we may need to replace. Thanks Isaac! They are a solid 5 Star business!
I bought a $2,100 Bipap from here. I was not told that they are NOT a provider approved by Medicare. I will not be reimbursed by Medicare because I shopped here. I hold the owner of this store responsible for not doing full disclosure. If you are covered by Medicare, do not shop here.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Thomas, you went above and beyond to make sure my husband had what he needed and I CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! You took such a stressful situation and turned it into a Blessing! We need more people like Thomas in this world!
100% recommend coming here! My wife needed a cpap machine. Great service. Very knowledgeable about all the attachments. 5star all the way!
Knowledgeable and friendly store. Well stocked and very welcoming place. Worked hard to make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner without a bunch of upsetting or pressure. Will definitely be back.
I've had a CPAP machine for over 10 years and I have to say that I could not, absolutely COULD NOT say anything bad about this store. In a world of privatized medicine where you're forced to have an insurance-covered prescription to purchase the supplies you need, this store is what this country so desperately needs. All you have to do is walk in and shop. No muss, no fuss, no red tape. I will never shop for the CPAP supplies I need anywhere else ever again.
