CPR Cell Phone Repair Plano - Preston & Park

I went to get my work iPad fixed, the screen was broken. They did a great job repairing. They gave me an estimate of how long my service would take, and it was exactly that. They also provided great customer service!

I went to this location because a small metal piece was stuck visibly in the charging port. I thought it would be a quick fix but the young guy I met with looked at my phone for less than 8-10 seconds and said the phone would need to be replaced. There was nothing to be done. Needless to say, I went to a different cell phone repair location on Spring Creek and they fixed my phone in under a minute and it was no charge.

Everything went perfectly smooth and I had my phone back in an hour. Great customer service and the workers obviously knew their stuff.

Beware! We took a phone in to replace the battery. They supposedly replaced the battery, but the battery tester showed it only to be 64% good (odd how that was the same as the old battery) When we went back, they claimed it takes several weeks for the battery to charge all the way. Refused to refund money despite clearly either not doing the work or replacing it with a defective/used battery. They wanted to 'work' on it some more, no way we would trust them to touch the phone again.

I've done business with the store in Plano, TX (Park and Preston) several times. I've always received professional and kind service. My latest service experience was the best. The two representatives were so helpful and same day service. I'll always do business at this store. Please pass on my sincerest thanks for everything they did for me. David from Murphy

CPR diagnosed my cell phone problem quickly and gave me the price to repair it. I went to AT&T and looked at replacing the phone, but decided the repair was a better option. When I returned to CPR the price was the same as quoted and they repaired it very quickly.

Omg this is the best place ever. I brought my phone to them with the screen black and couldn't get nothing off. I bought my phone in with so many pics, videos and problems lol that they got them all. I got my iPhone 6S screen replaced here. They put on a 3rd party screen that works fine but in the process they damaged the proximity sensor that is used to turn off the phone during a call. I guess you get what you pay for?

When others said my phone couldn't be repaired, these guys stepped up and knocked it out of the park! They had my phone up an running within 45 minutes! I truly appreciate their service and efforts. Thanks guys!
